Hello, I have two question

1st: I have created a copy of testimonial section and converted it into about us section. In that section instead of testimonials I want one slide and a complete message on it. Can you please tell me how can I expend the area of it so that the one message can appear in that whole section.

2nd: In Project section I want to remove “Building” and “Exterior and Interior” options. Can you tell me where were I can remove those?

Hello, I purchased this theme and I am having some issues particularly with the RevSlider. I am unable to make it full screen and the image isn’t loading < this happens on the demo pages that came with the theme. If I try to select the slider within the editor, the alias shows as “false” and nothing loads and if I manually write the alias on the code it shows but everything else breaks… it shows twice and with margins. Any idea how to fix this?

We still didn’t get a useful respond to our portfolio problem in the theme. We cant change the text and headers after 3 weeks. this block in the pages it doesn’t works and the image disappears. Do you know why the revolution slider doesn’t work in the widget? what can we do about it

Almost a month ago (11/09/2019) I sent some questions to Paul_tf support (via mail to an address he gave me and to the other address: “childtheme.team@yahoo.com”) about Bauhaus WP Theme, which I purchased at the beginning of July: I did not receive any response despite, in the meantime, having sent at least 2- 3 reminders regarding the information requested.

I remind that, In addition to the graphic theme, I also purchased a support extension for the whole year! But despite this I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY ANSWER after one month…!

I am very pissed off about this behavior and I ask: is this the way Paul_tf support works? Selling a support service and then completely giving up on requests for assistance is truly shameful.

After the purchase, Victorkri200 answered a few times, but after a couple of months I received an email telling me that he could only help me with a fee (!!!) even though I bought the support extension because Paul_tf had decided not to pay him anymore…! Well, I don’t care about your agreements and problems, but what game are you playing? I purchased the support and now I want to have answers to my questions because I spent some money for this. Is it clear enough? Truly negative experience!

Hi, i have a probleme in the Element (Bauhaus Project Detail). I created a page and select the alias name “(galeria-1)” but when i publish and view project page was published it show this error: Oops Slider with alias false not found. But when i select the slide create for you “(Projetc-detail 1)” they works and i don´t no why my sliders not, if in my new slider i check the alias rev_slider alias=”galeria-1”. They works in the text area but not whit the Element (Bauhaus Project Detail). Thanks.

Hi , we have a small problem to use the template in China. China is not open to google map ,but the template include “href=’//maps.google.com’’ for every page of the website , it makes the visiting speed really slow . Could you kindly let me know could we delete the code related to maps .google.com , and how could i do it ? thanks for the kind help .

Hello. I can’t see your theme preview

Hello, when loading the theme / changing etc i have no issues, but when editing/published the project pages i get an ‘Update Failed Error’ and the front end to the project pages breaks.

The slider no longer works one updated, and the meta values from the custom bauhaus project box doesnt feed through or display.

Please help with this.
