Is there an “All In One” template for StampReady? The product says “650+ modules,” but the only available files are the selection of pre-designed templates, each of which offers only a few individual modules. An “All In One” template is needed that provides the full 650+ modules for customization. Please advise as soon as possible. Thank you!

Hello, I found your work interesting. I have query – Is it mandatory to create an email using stamp ready for your template? Or, Can I directly use your files for creating an HTML email?
To create an email using Stampready is not mandatory. we just use it to display our template for demo.
As we are providing 8 different folders (stampready, mailchimp, html, campaign monitor, active campaign, mailster, freshmail, getresponse). each service has its own features. you can use any of this file as per our email services.
And as we also providing you HTML file seperatly. so you can use it for other services.

Like many, I’ve followed the zip instructions and am getting errors when uploading to Stampready. Help!
Hello, As you said, you are getting an error while uploading a zip file in stampready, but we don’t have found any error. We thought you are uploading a zip file of Stampready folder its wrong. You just open that stampready folder, you can see the “Create a zip then upload” folder, you have to zip that folder and upload it instead of creating a zip of stampready folder.

I have queried on serverol occassions about the webwall email templates and had NO response AT ALL. The service is appauling and to top it off it is supposed to include images which it does NOT. The emails modles are also supposed to be included in the All in One template these are not included. So you have new layouts that cannot be accessed. I have queried on use with platforms such as Mautic and still nothing…. the serivce is bad and very dissapointing.

As we are Providing our user guide, So that if you have any problem it helps you to resolve it. And as you asked about Mautic, but it is paided so we can’t able to test our template on Mautic. I just bought the template and wanted to start to build a newsletter. I cannot upload the All-in-One Template in Mailchip. There is a timeout when uploading the zip file …

Can you please update product details to include a chanelog? Also, we can not export from StampReady as it requires a paid subscription in order to export. This should also be very clear in the details.

As others have commented, the ZIP folders you specify in both in the instruction files and the comments here DON’t WORK on Stamp Ready.
You’ve uploaded an uncompatible zip file. This is an error by the creator of the template, not an error by StampReady. If you bought the template from a marketplace, make sure to unzip this first. There should be a standalone StampReady compatible zip file in there. If not, manually zip the StampReady folder and import that one.

Everytime I try to add the mailchimp zip file into stampready, it says incorrect zip file. Also, there isn’t any zip file in the template file (i manually created it by adding the mailchimp folder of a template in a zip file.)
same problems …please assist …you should just save all the relevant files for uplaod in correct zip format to make it easier for your customers …please redo your files and resend to all your customers ….

Have done exactly what you instructed many times …this is the message from stampready
& there is no stand alone zip files inside your theme
