Bought today this theme and installed the classic editor plugin to disable Gutenberg. That works okay if I have the Frenify Core plugin disabled, but after enabling that plugin my classic editor is gone and I only see the html screen. I do get a notification that I have to enable the visual editor in my profile. But that is enabled. At first I thought there was something wrong with my wordpress installation so I did a full reset. But still have the problem
I also got a message from the hosting company that the Frenify Core plugin is causing a problem on my Wordpress website

How to fix issue related WordPress version 5.0? The solution of this issue is too simple. Our theme is not compatible with the Gutenberg Page Builder. And so you need to disable Gutenberg Editor by installing the following plugin (Disable Gutenberg Plugin) : https://wordpress.org/plugins/disable-gutenberg/

Hey, I have another problem with “Poofing Gallery”, If I want to let to download photos from only one gallery but for a few people. The problem is if the first person marks their photos for download, the other person on the other computer and from the other IP address sees those photos marked by the first person. This also applies to the third and fourth person … etc. It is unacceptable, I think that the other person should not see selected photos of other people. Please help and correct this error.

It is not issue. You have to create for each your customer new Proofing Gallery. Easy way how to do it:
1. Install and activate Duplicate post plugin here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicate-post/
2. Go to your dashboard -> Settings -> Duplicate post. Open “permissions” tab and select proof galleries.
3. Open proof galleries and find your post and clone it by one click.

Perhaps you have made a mistake when updating the theme. You have probably forgot to remove and reinstal Frenify Core plugin. Please, remove and reinstall Frenify Core.

I have deleted the frenify core plugin and reinstalled, but I cannot see any new control where to enter the tracking code, the theme is displaying version 1.0.2.8 and frenify core 1.0.2.8

Hi, Your theme requires redux framework and frenify plugins, I have successfully installed the redux framework plugin, but the frenify plugin does not activate, when I click activate all I get is a blank page inside WP and is not activated.

For example, how do I add a “Portfolio Showcase” [shortcode] to a post? Wouldn’t I need the [shortcode]? When I click the [shortcode] icon within a post it asked for the [shortcode]. Surely there is a list of the themes [shortcode].

Proofgallery could be translated via frenify-plugin/languages/frenify-core.pot
If you want to disable Breadcrumbs from the theme add following code to Theme Otions-> Custom CSS:
To disable Page Title Holder:.fotofly_fn_content_title_wrap{display: none;}
To disabe Page BreadCrumbs Only:
.fotofly_fn_breadcrumbs{display: none;}
To disable Page Title Only:
.fotofly_fn_content_title_wrap .title_holder{display: none;}

1. What about these words: “CLIENT”, “EVENT DATE”, “IMAGES” and “DOWNLOAD IMAGES”
I rechecked everything. And I have all the above words in the file that I sent you by mail. Realizing that these words should be translated to your language, I updated the theme with these words in Theme Options -> Gallery.
2. What about Background Options in Proof Gallery:
I have added all Background Options to Proofing Gallery in new version of the theme.

Hi, After update the theme these words: “CLIENT”, “EVENT DATE”, “IMAGES” and “DOWNLOAD IMAGES” is english still. I was create ‘pl_PL.mo’ and ‘pl_PL.po’ files via Poedit from Your new file ‘frenify-core.pot’, but this don’t work still. The translation is very important for me. These words must be in Polish – look: “CLIENT” must be in polish: “ZLECENIODAWCA”, “EVENT DATE” must be in polish: “DATA WYDARZENIA”, “IMAGES” must be in polish: “ZDJECIA” and “DOWNLOAD IMAGES” must be in polish: “POBIERZ ZDJECIA”

Hey, I noticed a new problem. This can be important to all users of your templats. After wordpress upgrade, ‘Accordion’ and ‘Tabs’ do not work well. For example in ‘Accordion’ after making any change in the content in any ‘Accordion Item’ and then selecting ‘save’ in all ‘Accordion Items’, the content from ‘Accordion Item – 1’ is repeatedly repeated, all other content from other ‘Accordion Items’ ‘are completely lost. The same happens with ‘Tabs’
In my opinion, this is a serious mistake.

I really like your theme, I bought it four months ago, at a good price
. But only now have I started using it.
However, I have a big problem now. After importing Demo Content and selecting your “homepage 9” for my Homepage. The links do not work well for me.
For example, when I click on “My letest works” on the “Child life” link it opens: “The requested URL / 2019 / project / child-life / was not found on this server”.
