Hi,
I purchased your theme about 2 years ago. I updated wordpress and a few other plugins a few months ago and now I can’t see any content in visual composer. The content is there if I switch to classic editor, and it still displays on the front end. But nothing is showing in the backend editor, so I cant make any changes to the site!! Please let me know how I can get liscence key for visual composer so I can update the plugin and hopefully fix the issue!

When we try to update the theme Fluid this give me an error:

If you can’t access your dashboard, open up FTP account and navigate to wp-content/plugins. Then delete Edge Core folder and you will retrieve your Dashboard. Once you’re in, install new version of Edge Core from the notification on the top of your window.

Each single post has “Excerpt” option that is used in Blog Lists.

Hi,
There seems to be a problem when viewing the shop page through Categories or tags. It doesn’t keep that same page layout, and follow the edge setting “Product List Columns”. Seems to default to the width of the actual image size.
For example this is set to 3 to row – https://fluid.edge-themes.com/shop/
This displays 1 per row and ignores the setting – https://fluid.edge-themes.com/product-category/accessories/
If the images are different sizes when updloaded then this displays as many it can fit on 1 row.

To get this to work I have added Custom CSS to the EDGE Options > Custom Code > Custom CSS settings:

Good to hear that you found a solution by yourself.
After following instructions to update the theme, it is not loading properly. As suggested in multiple support tickets on your support page (https://edge.ticksy.com//ticket/2013798/), I deleted Edge CPT before installing the theme update. Now I’m unable to reinstall Edge CPT. I tried going to yourdomain.com/wp-content/plugins/edgtf-core, but it isn’t found. Where can I find a link to download this plugin?

Just updated Edge-Fluid Theme per update notification this morning 5/13/19 and received this error:

First you need to update our theme by following instructions from here: https://fluid.edge-themes.com/documentation/#getting_started_updating_fluid and then you’ll need to update Edge CPT plugin to latest version 1.2 And then you could update other of our plugins including WPbakery page builder. If you follow these steps and order, everything should be working well.Best, Edge

Nice theme but 2 big issues. #1 if you add an item to woocomerce cart, you cannot remove the item. This bug is on the authors own site also so its not specific to me. #2 the product display in woocommerce categories, cross sells in cart and also upsells are displayed wrong. This also needs to be fixed. Contacted theme support and they didnt fix any of these issues. I hope they can as i love the design. Please fix asap

I have purchased and have the purchase code but when i enter it to try and activate the plugin it reports wrong code. It came with the bundle and says it is not needed if with a bundle. It reported an error when I tried to install the theme using wordpress so had to upload the files via FTP. Any ideas?

The plugins that you got after the purchase are called bundled and we, as a theme authors, have purchased an extended licence for them. That means you don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that.
