I have purchased the theme and there is a huge bug with the Woocommerce. I have contacted you via email and tried to text you on your forum, but there is also a bug on your forum that doesn’t recognize my purchase code.

This is one of the worst themes I have tested. Nothing is working and all files and plugins are outdated.

There are lot of issues in RTL theme, we have tested in arabic version but its not perfect, i have sent request to support team, she said will check and get back to me, but its almost a week still waiting for her reply., in fact RTL is not working in this theme, kindly reply to my emails, i have sent you many mails but no reply.

I am having the following troubles with installing demo.

1. on the system status page, I keep getting the following errors:

Error 1:  We recommend setting memory to at least 128MB. Please define memory limit in wp-config.php file. (I have changed the values to 128M in my wp_config.php but i still keep getting same error)

Error 2: We recommend setting max input var to at least 3000. (max input var to 3000 in my php.ini but i still keep getting same error)

2. when attempting to install demo, it stops and indicates an error which could be because the above issues.

All plugins have been installed and activated. please let me know how you can help asap.

How do you change the font color from blue to black? Everytime I try to change it, it states to set a new preset and I do but it does not change the color.

I’m still not getting a response – the slider is not showing up and the logo will not change when I changed it in settings. I previously sent an email but no resolution yet.

I still waiting on a response for the mobile logo – it is still not appearing. Is this bad code in the settings? can you respond. I sent you a private message with my credentials. The support page is not letting submit the purchase code. I put the purchase code in my private messaging. This shouldnt take so long.

Also, I wrote you another private message stating that the colors are not updating on the slider. For Instance, I want to change the color of the cta from blue to red. It will not change the red color even after I set a preset color during the edit.

Are the installation issues are resolved with this template? I ask because I saw a lot of comments in regard to it.

I am having a problem submitting a support request… it keeps asking me to submit a purchase code but no field is provided. I have been wrestling with the form for 40 mins. I just installed the theme and slider is not appearing.
