I purchased this template and its not working, I am able to install in my hosting servoces (using hostinger) but I am getting an error when trying to create a html page (export) – error 500 which i troubleshooted and everything is fine from a php standpoimt. And the pages are loading very slowly or dont load at all. I need you to fix it or give an refund

Hi have checked Gova Demo and builder as well, just have few pre sale queries..in Novi builder can we edit / change button or element colours, also for video gallery or links, can one add streaming videos instead of click based youtube or vimeo links? Also, if the contact forms are ready to use ? Can you help with above information? Thanks

Hi I have just purchased the template and extracted the folders it shows four folders -builder documentation, html, html help documentation, novi builder but when I click on NOVI index page there is blank. Will I have install WAMP on my PC and then which folder should i open in the same, can you guide me – I do not have WAMP on my PC yet and I would want to work locally on my PC with the template..thanks
Hello you can unzip folder and check documents, you want to run on local then use wamp and using browser you can get preview. Email to uxliner9@gmail.com

I had purchased novi from code canyon earlier, do i need to install the one in your file or the old installation is ok. How do i import the template to my novi?
I imported >Template and selected the zipped “html” folder. Import was successful. But it did not show anything after import, everything is blank. Your documentation does not show how to import the designs!

Do I get source code for the php builder ? Is it in php ? Also, does the export file from the builder already in zip file or separate html/css/js files ?

It is really very slow even when adding new block to existing page, I’m very interesting, can you fix?
Even editing existing item, If you tired to remove something from html code, it will take long time for loading.

The template does not have RTL support. We are not gonna do that. Can you please check your system configuration with this “System Requirements” on builder-documentation.

I’ve checked many templates using novi builder and I’ve tested the original script on codecanyon, all of them loads normally, your version is very slow as I said.
