Hello our WP Bakery Visual Composer is not showing up in the backend. We enabled it and and all the demo content is showing up just fine but the “BackEnd” button to switch the editor to the Visual Composer is not showing up. Please fix this asap. We already submitted a ticket to support. Thank you

We really like options 2 (ngo) and 4 (charity). There are elements to both that we really love and wondered if we could combine the elements. For example, in option 2, we really like the gold bar below the main image (not sure what this is called? Header bar?), but we also really like that option 4 has a secondary navigation. Is there a way to combine elements from the various templates?

I purchased this theme very recently. Some part after installation is not working after the installation. Can you please because it may be an easy fix for you. 1. The color at some places are Lime green instead of the theme color of blue. 2. The footer is not working. I attempted to get the footer but no luck. 3. The title bar is not available.

When I install all the plugins required from theme it does not install visual composer. Is there any method to install visual composer? It will be very hard to customize the pages without visual composer.

We have a problem. I don’t know who has access to the logins shared with the team, but images have been deleted from the account leaving the site empty. No one has access to logins except I and your team. There is no way images can be removed from the media without direct access to the site. Please can you explain what’s going on in the site. Thanks

I don’t need woocommerce in the first place, so I’m not sure what to do about it. Can you help?

Hi, I have some issues that I need help with in terms of the theme. How can I make the logo larger on the menu or display at full size? In the customize interface there is no option to modify logo height and width. Also, I make edits in the customize interface and they are not showing up. Specifically modifications I make to the footer section like the copyright area. Does this feature work better in a certain browser or could some other conflict be causing this?

First of all I want to thank you for all your support wit my theme. I have never seen a support so active in resolving issues and concerns.

I made a few request for modification of the icons at the top of the title bar to green and the hover buttons to green from the present purple because I realize even though we wanted to follow the brand colors it was not legible of the pages.
