Hi, I’m getting an error/warning on the header whenever I open a blog post or portfolio. See error message below;

Hi, does the theme work well with the hide my wp plugin? when I activate the plugin I see on the front-end that the pages no longer have formatting. as if the css files are not properly linked. do you know more about this?

Every time I install ave core theme I receive the error message that my site is experiencing technical difficulties. After talking with wordpress support, the have determined the following error:

Hello, after updating the Ave Core (v 1.3.3) plugin there were problems with the appearance of the site. Other plugins are updated to the latest versions, Template (1.6), Wordpress (5.2.3), PHP (7.3).

Hi, how do I add commas in a “Custom Lists” element ? This elements says “Divide items with linebreaks (Enter).” but when I write a comma in my list elements it makes a new line too, and I don’t want it, I just want to use it as punctuation. Even when I use the “& # 44” (html ASCII comma) it keeps making new line when I write a comma.

hello do you have one page features too, like one page anchor id / row id navigation. for example a side dot or symbol navigation which links to the anchor / row ids, any example of a one page site? and do you have gdpr tools like cookie consent or content consent? regards

I tried to install the Ave theme. But as soon as I click ‘install’ I get an ‘500 internal server error’ it only happens with the Ave theme. When I try to install/upload another theme I everything works fine.

I have a problem I am trying to adjust the transparency of the menu but I keep on getting a solid background. I have tried clearing cache of my browser (Hard reload), delete cache using WP Super Cache (like you recommended) still I CANNOT SEE THE CHANGES!! All the changes I applied on the menu like I hard refresh 100 times still NOTHING HAPPEN. This is seriously giving me a headache and made my production very slow!!! I encountered since day one I purchased the theme. Can someone help me???? Thank you

Hi I have trouble with installing your theme on my wordpress site. I get the following message: This theme failed to load properly and was paused within the admin backend.

It basically breaks the whole website and doesnt allow me to do anything.

Every time I want to modify a texte, image etc. there is the logo ave. I I want to remove it to put the one of my client. So I change it in wp-content/plugins/ave-core/assets/img/logo but it still coming back. Why ??
