I have your theme for a while now but after the last updates I have difficulties. It looks like the visual composer doesn’t work anymore. I need to make changes but I just get text like this

You can click on “Update” button (if available in a particular theme) or deactivate and delete this plugin. Then follow the prompt to install it again. This will load a new plugin version on the site.

ok we resoved the issue by installing the ThemeREX Utilities – but when it is instaled we cannot edit any of the pages and when trying to do so get a fatal error

For some reason the support thread got deleted? I was helped with updating the theme correctly, but the main PHP error still exists and is causing problems with registration and payment. Aug 01, 16:40:19 add_to_cart_fragments is deprecated since version 3.0.0! Use woocommerce_add_to_cart_fragments instead.

The update from 1.6.0 to 1.6.1 broke the site… After reviewing the errors, found the the core.social file and reference in the importer.php had been removed! And your ThemeREX Utilities plugin calls a function in that missing file.
I had a copy of 1.6.0 still so I manually placed that file back in and all is well, but push another update.

Changing colors via CSS are used if you would like to change color for one element without affecting other elements.

I completely understand. However, I have bought several themes on Themeforest and this is the most CSS heavy theme i have come across for simple tasks like changing colors for particular elements.
All the other themes I have purchased make it much easier in the theme to make such changes.
You also make the support process very time consuming when compared to other themes I have purchased.
Your support team are very helpful, but when I’m working on a website it is frustrating to have to wait for answers to questions that could be answered if I was able to search for the answer in this comments section, which I do for most other themes that answer questions in this comments section – it makes life much easier for everyone (you don’t have to answer as many questions and your customers don’t have to submit as many tickets).
Most other themes I have purchased from themeforest answer simple questions in this comments section. This allows other customers / potential new buyers to use the search function in this section to find answers to their questions much faster rather than having to wait until your support team responds.
You would save customers time if you answered more questions here instead of behind closed doors.
Again, this is just my honest feedback – I really do like your theme.
But the fact that you have to use CSS to change individual elements and the model you use for your support are things I believe you could improve.

This error in console means that API project that you have created is not authorized to use API key.
Try to go to Developer Console ( https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key ) -> APIs & auth -> APIs Search for Geocoding and click on Google Maps Geocoding API -> Enable API. Do the same thing for Geolocating, Directions API and Maps Javascript API.
