Hi! My support has expired but there is a problem that I have to write about. In theme documentation it is stated “ARMember License is not activated. Please activate license from here.” – You can ignore this message as your plugin is automatically activated upon instalation.
THE PROBLEM: On the landing page, when login clicked and in pop up bellow login email and password the is message: “Powered by ARMember (Unlicensed)” with red color.. This should not be happening.. Is there a fix for that? Thanks

2) We have support built-in for the popular payment gateways such as PayPal, Stripe, 2Checkout, Authorize.net, & Bank Transfer. There is also support for premium add-ons for these additional payment gateways: PayStack, Pageseguro, & PayUMoney. Instamojo is not supported.
3) Yes, you can customize the colors & fonts for the theme. The documentation above will cover this if you want to see how it works.

Hi, with this theme I have an option to register content creators? There would be 2 types of accounts: Free Registration Creators and Pay Registration Viewers.

Yes, you can have multiple user plans/types: Free, Free Trial, One time, Recurring, etc. You can also have a mix between any of those types. The plans are all based on membership/private content. They are not based on content creators. If you have multiple users publishing content, then that is separate. That being said you can place this content into any plan as you wish.

You can add any content you want to restricted areas. This can be basic text, audio, video, etc. You have full control over what content is restricted. We definitely have the theme geared towards video content so all of that is ready to go. If you wanted to also list eBooks, that should be possible similarly to how podcasts are setup. We don’t have any recommended plugins for eBooks specifically.

Hi, my question is about the live streaming. We have a Brazilian tv station that has a live streaming 24/7 – it is a live playlist. Can I embed this somehow it will be at the main page, at the main slide feature? Or I will need to make a post and keep it on the first row? Thank you. You can host your videos in any location. If you are looking to host videos on Google Drive, that is possible. In terms of public/private/encryption, that will depend on google drive. The theme will not edit you links when you add them to the site.

Is it possible to have my non-public youtube videos put in the member area?
To my knowledge private Youtube videos do not allow embedding on any site. Vimeo Pro allows for private videos to be embedded on approved sites you choose. So we recommend using Vimeo PRO if you want to use private videos. Although you should check your Youtube settings to see if they have settings to choose which domains are allowed to embed your videos.

I have an issue with the video not playing on iPhone. The videos (using the locally hosted .mp4 option) play perfectly fine on desktop, but they do not work whatsoever on iPhone. Instead I am prompted with the following error upon clicking the play button: “The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported”.
So my question is the following: If the .mp4 locally hosted player isn’t compatible with iPhone, how do I go about embedding videos that actually will play as they should on both desktop and iPhone? Or is it compatible with Iphone after all and this is just a known issue that can be worked around?
Either way a response would be highly appreciated. This is a very serious problem I’m having here as the majority of my viewers are mobile iPhone users…
