How can I solve this issue? After trying to upload theme I receive this message:

Are you trying to import as a Kit template ? Please install as a theme, it’s a theme not template kit.

I have been trying to get support but when I go to your site I enter my Item Purchase Code and it tells me it does not find it? So what do I do? I did purchase the theme and I am having issues. The logo does not show how I entered it in admin and the banner is missing the content.
