Hi! It looks like a settings from somewhere affects this. On your shop page, it’s getting only 2 products.

Hi. Just install the Petz Theme but the homepage is not what the demo shows with the slider…. Also, The green background for page titles has disapeared and the custom CSS doesn’t change anything

Why does my header disappear when I create a footer template?? All my headers and navigation have disappeared after I published the new footer. How do I get them back or cancel that footer?

I am using the wordpress PETZ theme that I modify with Elementor Pro and for the second time in two days the creation and installation of a custom footer template has made my headers and top menu disappear!!!! I have am wasting my time and energy trying to figure out the issue and don’t understand why this happens.
Lester This happens if the theme has “partial support”. Which basically means that you theme has the header and footer together. When you can create a footer template in Elementor, this will replace the theme’s footer and as this is attached to the header, this will also dissapear Lester Quick solution: Create a header template with Elementor as well.
Best solution: Ask the theme developer to add support for page builders to the theme.
You Why would I create a header template when the original one is exactly what I need? The thing is the theme comes WITH Elementor an depends on it… so why there is obviously a connection

So far I have spent almost $100 for the theme and Elementor Pro, spent 3 days trying to fix that problem, started the work over twice, got my client’s project off track to get just get back to… zero result after a full week of work on that website. Those tools are suppose to make us save time and energy, right???
So, I cleaned my wordpress to start over from scratch, reinstalled the PETZ Theme for the third time and again, I don’t get the whole theme as shown in the demo…. what am I supposed to do to have the full theme I paid for???
I understand. As for theme builder of Elementor Pro, they have changed the behavior and it does not make sense when you build the custom footer, the default header is disappeared. I can see they have the API so the theme developer can add it to the theme to change that behavior. We’ll add this code to our theme in the next version.
In the meantime, you can use our free theme here to build the custom header without affecting the default header.
As for the second issue, you don’t need to delete your WP to start from scratch each time you have a problem. Let us help you clarify and solve that issue. To install the demo content, did you follow the instruction on the documentation? if you did and still have a problem, please give us the admin account on your ticket so we can help you.

If I drag & drop the service widget, I automatically end up with the current content of the demo. and I can’t change the content… How do I do that?

Sorry but this theme is not all responsive yet using ELEMENTOR.. the header and menus are not made with elementor and the view on mobile has some problems
Please give us more details if you find any responsive problem with the demo! Because the demo is built by Elementor so you can control all the parts.

I noticed, when viewed on a mobile device, that the top level navigation items do not link to pages and are only used to expand/collapse the subitems. Is there anyway to to allow the top nav to be linkable while only the down arrow is used to expand the subitems? Or will I need to purchase a menu plugin with the theme to make all pages available via the navigation on mobile devices?

And before you say that it is my server, or some puglins that I installed, I tell you that I made a clean installation using MAMP in my local machine, and I have only installed the plugins that the theme requires and nothing more. Then why? I can not edit content and publish them, are there any errors on your part with the new version of Wordpres or something like that?

Absolutely no! We still support WordPress 5.0. But WP releases Gutenberg editor that sill has a lot of issue and is not stable yet.
The editor works on my site here but sometime doesn’t. And you can the review here to understand why I recommend using the old classical editor
To edit the slider, you can go to Appearance -> Slider

If I understand correctly, you want to setup WordPress site on your chromebook. I’ve no idea but you should have a server/hosting to install WordPress site.
