Hi, now I am working on a website using begreen theme which was purchased by an agency who was creating website a year ago. Things changed and now I have to do some work. I received from them also a purchase code. But now I need something to discuss with yolo support and I do not know how to, because I cannot buy an extra support license cause I did not originally buy theme by myself. Do you have an email address? I need child theme and insert custom font. Custom font was there, but as it was on parenting theme it disappeared after the update.

Well, I want to be able to change the URL address and the title of the ”/portfolio/” page as any other page. I assume by portfolio archive you mean I cannot do that. Ok, what is that short code you mean? I want to have the view of all projects exactly the same as the portfolio page (slideshow with big picture and info for each project)

Yes, you can change the URL address of the portfolio page by change the code at file /wp-content/plugins/begreen-framework/includes/posttypes/portfolio.php line 78, change the slug value.

I’ve bought 4 themes from this author: BeStruct, BeHealth, Rubino and BeGreen. And I have no problems with none of that themes except BeGreen, if we’re talking about Load time. But, the theme BeHealth have also some issues with Load time, maybe it takes up to 20 sec sometimes for full loading of the site… but not 60 as BeGreen. Can somebody answer me please wtf is going on? Should I buy the new support period because of that? And should I?

Maybe have something crash on your site with the update. Sometimes one file can’t load, it also gives you the issue with loading time. You should clear the cache update.

Maybe you meant about installing such plugins as WP Super Cache and deleting the cache inside of it? But I never used that, should I install that?

We have checked your site and found the issue from the theme version. As I see, you are using the old version 1.0.0. On this version, we found the issue from the CSS custom loading http://donpion-opt.ru/?yolo-custom-page=header-custom-css¤t_page_id=2115. And we have fixed that issue on new version.

Hi. Thanks for the reply. That’s strange theme version was 1.0.0 because I updated it in the past. But anyway I downloaded theme installation files again, updated the theme to 1.2.8 version via FTP and nothing happened. Loading time still has huge latency and takes about 25+ seconds to load every single page I click on. For example, your theme Rubino takes about 3-4 seconds for full loading. What is going wrong?

Guys, 1 month has gone and I’ve got several updates for you plugins and Redux framework. My site which I’ve bought still loads for huge time! I can’t use it for several months because my clients won’t wait so long time for page load. WTF is going on? What I have to do to fix that?
WTF is going on? It passed about 4 months, nothing fucking happened. Your talks about “we repaired” and “it will be repaired by next theme update” is a bullshit. Ok, I’ve bought the fucking 6 months of support… and what? Your fucking site doesn’t work, what a shitty service!!!

Sorry for all the issue, we forgot your comment. We have checked your site again, disable the pre-loader effect, added the cache plugin to help you improve the site speed. Can you check it and let us know again? We also check our theme on the demo and local. The loading time around 3-4s, not 25s as your site. We will add the jQuery monitor plugin to your site to check the speed if you want.

Hi. I didn’t use this theme maybe for 1 year. Just updated that yesterday to the latest version and boom – I’ve got load time for my site to 20-30 secs. Pingdom.com service says my site has load time to 60 secs. And this is the very single clicking on menu!!! WTF is this? When I turn on every default theme – load time 2.98 secs. What is it? Who from my clients will be waiting for site load for 20-60 secs in 2018?
