I have a question about theme before buying.

1. Does this theme have lazy loading?

2. https://shella-demo.myshopify.com/ This theme scores very well for website speed, Ella does not? Why is that? Is it possible for Ella to get high score if properly optimised (ie small image size etc.)?

1: Yes, our themes have lazy loading image function

2: We are using only a few products images on demo and repeat them again for many products so test tool will report that “resources have identical contents, but are served from different URLs”. This will not happen on your store when you have different products.

Also, loading speed on website will depend on many elements such as using apps, customization and image optimization.

No, code of lazy loading are added into code of theme to optimize for loading speed.

There are 15 homepage options with different header options for desktop but none of them have different header layouts for mobile all the layouts have same header layout for mobile. While all the child themes have different header layouts for mobile. How do I get a these mobile layouts for my website?

how do you hide the search bar in mobile view for Bagratica? the search bar is always showing. Also the search bar is not level with the search icon in webview, makes it look like something is wrong.

3. Regarding GDPR regulations, before the customer purchases they are required to accept the terms & conditions in EU countries. But there is no ‘accept terms’ checkbox before the buy it now button on product pages. Is this expected?

Guys, you are creating some nuisance now. You added a feature but that has bugs. I asked to fix 2 errors in that new feature, 1 got fixed other stays the same on top I have now gotten another error with product swatches.

Images aren’t changing when you click on the product color option on the product page. I need this fixed right now!

AS per sydknee11x’s issue I have emailed a few times but thought id come here too to see if anyone has a fix:

‘there’s a bug with AJAX script when trying to load items in collection pages. You CANNOT access the last page of your item collection. So when customers try and get to the last page, it doesn’t load. Also, there’s permanently a loading icon showing when moving to the next page… plastered in the center of the page. The theme didn’t do any of this at first, but I must have triggered some kind of bug

Really need to get this fixed. The theme looks really bad for customers trying to browse product pages.’

You got the issues because you chose wrong currency options. We mentioned clearly in our Documentation that there are only 4 cases of Currency.

For the feature of Currencies here: http://prntscr.com/pduljh

You only can use 3 options separately, and you only can combine option 2 and 3.

Don’t choose both of 3 options or choose option 1 of Shopify payment with other options. This will cause the issues you mentioned.
