When we bulk upload images the site goes extremely slow then stops uploading. I think this is due to the image resizing the theme needs. Please can you help?

I am trying the filters on this page http://themes.webmasterdriver.net/carforyouwp/car-listing-grid/ and found couple of concerns. First, I am wondering if there is a way we can make the filter work without clicking the search button? Second, when I select the price range, is there a way we can make the price range stay when we do the search? Lastly, when I select a brand “Audi”, other brands like Maserati, Mazda are showing on the list. If we there is a solution for the above concerns, we are good to go to purchase it.
