My Support expired but I need assistance, hence I’m leaving a comment.
I’ve encountered an issue with the fonts on my website. In the theme options panel, I changed the heading fonts, sizes, and main text font, but these changes only reflect on the home page. The same applies to the header font changes—they’re visible only on the home page.
Could you let me know if there’s a fix for this?

You do not update the WPBakery Page Builder plugin, the website no longer works with the new version of wordpress, I bought the theme for a long-term website and now it does not work

Hey there, I’m not sure the Slider Revolution Plugin is working correctly on my page. I’m trying to change the dimensions of the slider for the mobile version, but when I click on anything else than “Desktop” in the drop-down-menue nothing happens. When I try to change it in the section “Layer Area Size” it jumps back to the previous value. I tried to reinstall the plugin, but it’s still not working. Can you help me with that?

Absolutely! You can easily add more custom fields to the search form within WordPress dashboard.
You can add 2 or more dogs if the field is set as Multi Select box, (by default, Pet Breed field is set as Drop down select box and allows to choose one option only- which means that one user can choose one breed only). You can create a profile with your e-mail and add several dogs as Pet Breed selection.

Hello, I am interested in the Pets Club theme, but am a little confused about whats customizable by me, myself or what I need to buy an option for.
On your page I am reading that I can buy additional options, e.g. to be able to change the company name and logo, or to change the photo’s for my own photo’s.
Can you please tell me if I am correct in understanding that it is NOT possible to change those myself? That seems a little strange.
Or do you mean that I can do it myself for free, when I buy the theme, but that I can choose to let you do it by paying for an extra option instead?

Please note that the Dummy data installation depends on server settings. Please contact your hosting provider to make sure that your PHP configuration limits are as follows:
max_execution_time 600
memory_limit 256M
post_max_size 32M
upload_max_filesize 32M
allow_url_fopen=OnThen re-import dummy data.
If you get “Error load data from file…”, the import is blocked on the server. Please download demo.zip using the following link: http://demofiles.themerex.net/petclub/demo.zip
Unzip it and upload the extracted /demo folder into /wp-content/themes/theme_name folder. Then go to Appearance -> Install Demo Data and repeat the procedure.
