Hello, revolution slider demos are located in the download package, in the demos folder. You should make manual import for the slider. This was done not to overload site when importing main demo

Don’t add to style.css as it will be overwritten once theme updates

From standard pages and posts to custom posts, WP Bakery Post Grid does not show on any of the pages, meaning the only grid I can display is the predefined ‘Projects’ page as well as ‘Recent Posts’. Is there a reason for this?

I am using the standard WP Bakery ‘Post Grid’ option, not the envato one, and using ‘post’, ‘page’ or just about anything as the data source but nothing will show.
Predefined ‘Recent Posts’ and ‘Recent Projects’ from envato work perfectly.
There is difference in envato elements and themeforest – the first one does not include support for any item, theforest purchase includes support. For this particular issue, please send your link with admin access for inspection to support@enovathemes.com, but for future queries, without themeforest purchase you can’t get support for free

Hello the top drop-down menu called “Language” once I go to menus and change the text from “Language” to “Login” or something else, as I want to use it for custom link and send to specific page links it disappears automatically. if I put back language it appear.

The other thing is that it looks like the theme is not compatible with the plugin eform ( https://codecanyon.net/item/eform-wordpress-form-builder/3180835 ) Because once I put a shortcode the pages lodas for years and will never display the form. Same plugin works fine with all other themes I tried.

The site works beautifully, except it looks like my mobile site is not working. It gets only so far in the load and then it bombs. I recently upgraded it to 1.8 and still not any better. Anyone have any ideas.

How do I intergrate my mailchimp api with the theme?
The default mailchimp widget does not need api to work, if you want api based mailchimp solution you better use a plugin. Mailchimp instructions you can find in the manual i case you want to stay with the default element

I would like to know how to use icons with a menu item? I have placed the proper Font Awesome icon code where it says”Font Awesome icon name” and it does nothing. Yes I made sure that I had the right name.
Hello, maybe the prefix also should be placed, for example the name is fa-phone and the prefix is fas, so you should paste the fas fa-phone
I have double and triple checked it Doesn’t work. I tried “fas fa-truck-moving”. I even added to Font Awesome latest version 5 CDN to the header and still nothing. I used your suggested as well “fas fa-phone” and nothing.

Ok so I tested and Icons only work with Horizontal Headers. They do not work at all with the SideBar Header Option. and I have verified that “Display as a button” does not work with sidebar header either.
It also when it does work in the regular header puts the icon o the right side of the menu item with great padding too. I would like it to be represented on the left side so it is relevant to the menu item it is representing

Could you please send me the proper sizes in pixels for the logos that are used o the site? There is nothing in the documentation and I created a logo the same size as the one on the example website and it looks way to big. Please advise.

For logo you have retina and normal, the normal logo should be about 300X90 max and the retina one double the sizes 600X180. I guess you created only retina one and uploaded in normal logo place
