One of our sites will not display buttons, the testimonials slider, and a few other elements unless we switch it to a different theme and disable the massive plugin – it’s running 1.3.0 and i’ve tried disabling all other plugins, clearing cache but nothing works. It’s also running the current version of WordPress and all of the plugins are up to date.

How do I add a video background when the video is self-hosted (not YouTube)? When I add a section or row, I can only see an option to add a YouTube link for a background video, but your demo pages show an HTML 5 video as background. Can you please tell me how that is done. (I don’t want to import all the demo data just to find the answer to this one question). Thanks.

I have a 3 questions…

Question 1 I use a static page as landing page and not the Blogpage. But I like the Style of the Blogpage with the big Black Square for the date. I can send a picture so you can see what I mean. Can I use this Blog style in my static page? I can’t find a style that ist like this in the settings of the Blog Element.

Question 2 Can I hide the Author, Date an Comment status in my Blog preview? I can’t find a Setting for this.

Question 3 Can I hide the Main Menu? I did a temporary solution be adding a CSS Code display:none. But this is not perfect on mobile version…

We can’t download the visual composer templates any more. So we tried purchasing a license for visual composer but there the ‘product license’ tab is not visible. Also when I try to update the version of visual composer it doesn’t work any more. Can you help?

Hi there, today the release 5.2 is scheduled… and wordpress does not recommend doing more than 2 update jumps… I have 11 Massive license and i have no sell the 12 only because i start to have fear that the new release will never see the light…

I updated my wordpress, now my My visual composer no longer publishes. I can see in my preview drafts, but it will not publish to web. Also I check the plugin and it now shows not activated. Please advise as I dont have an activation key and it should have been included in my original purchase.
