Thanks for your prompt reply. After I contacted you I looked through some of the comments on here and I loved some of the sites created using this theme so I think I will be purchasing it.

While reviewing the comments I came across one regarding the proofing galleries that wanted to turn off the download option, and you answered this would require some CSS coding. I would also want this option turned off but looking at the purchase links gallery would it be possible to replace the download link to a purchase link?

I’m currently using a Plugin (FeedThemGallery) for my client area that links to through to a global product within WooCommerce but it’s not as clean as I would like it to be.

What I really like about this theme is how clean it is and how great it looks when it resizes to mobile devices, something my current site doesn’t do so well. So great job.

Sorry meant to add. If I have a separate proofing gallery for brides to select the images they want to add to an album and then a purchase gallery for guests / family to order from would I need to upload the images twice? Many Thanks.

1. Yes, it is possible to change the download option to a purchase link to link them to WooCommerce products. We can help you with this via our support forum.

2. The Proofing function saves selected/unselected choice to the image meta data. In WordPress this is tied to the image ID. So multiple Proofing galleries with the same images will have a combined selection. If one selects the image then it gets selected in all Proofing galleries with that image.

If you require independent selection then it will need to be uploaded again so the Image ID is not the same.

This works well if you require combined method. For independent selections it needs the images to be uploaded again.

After upgrading the theme make sure all the required plugins are also up-to-date. You can do so by going to the ‘Install Plugins’ submenu within Appearance menu. Here’s screenshot https://d.pr/i/xeNL32

The Install plugins submenu will only be present if there are plugins that require updating. In addition to the submenu you’ll also get a notice to update the plugins.

Hi,

There has been a major change in browsers which prevents Autoplay of videos with audio tracks. It will need to be played manually.

Could you upgrade the theme to latest which adapts to this change. It will display a play button which let’s visitors play the video.

If you don’t see a change after upgrading , try deleting browser cache and reload the page.

This can happen if you upgrade from WordPress 4 to 5 without upgrading the theme. That transition is a major one as WordPress came with a lot of changes.

You can upgrade the theme to latest to make it work. Upgrading is easy with https://envato.com/market-plugin/

Make sure to upgrade the theme and then upgrade all the bundled plugin in notice as well.

There’s two Kenburns functions in Kreativa theme.

a. The Kenburns fullscreen post supports static title and caption, it also calculates auto transition depending on the image and browser size. This is ideal for building fullscreen Kenburns galleries quickly by bulk uploading.

b. Kenburns is supported in Revolution Slider which can function as fullscreen posts. You have a lot more control over transition styles, control of zoom and speed with it. It also supports per slide title and contents by placing text anywhere on the slide.

You can choose either Portrait or Masonry for to display them correctly. Check screenshot https://d.pr/i/i6B0To

Currently you have chosen landscape layout which is the reason it’s getting cropped that way.

The Masonry option will display the whole image without cropping which will also have a flow type layout which will adjust to different image variations.

With Portrait you’ll get a grid layout gallery with portrait images.
