No need license plugins are bundle with Theme. Plugins are own products we will release update when plugins update release.

So far your theme has many options. Your Location & Category Search Option is very nice and unique https://ibb.co/9bGCGpJ . Do not change this Location & Category Search Option, keep this as it is. As Location & Category is pre-defined by site admin. Its just an WoW… We are analyzing the Theme and we have found several improvements to be done. Look OSCLASS was the best platform for Classified Website. Recently OSCLASS has closed their platform support. Classified market is empty right now. You can take this opportunity and grab the whole market. We were experts in OSCLASS. Trying to move to WORDPRESS. We will post all the possible improvements to you. We hope, it will help you a lot.

correct: - user is logged in and edit’s or submits an ad - fills out or modifies the ad feature list - saves the ad - feature list disappers while saving

if we edit the feature list in the backend as an admin, it is being saved correctly

Make sure using latest version

1) Theme Option => Header has option to control the “Post ad” text

2) Please check our doc also has video custom fields will work in left sidebar not in top search option https://www.radiustheme.com/setup-configure-classified-listing-pro-wordpress/#custom-fields

3) If user don’t set ads in feature list then it will not be feature also from admin end top right side you can remove it.

I would like to have the same design but be able to install woo so I can add woo plugins for additional functionality. For example: Woo commerce payment gateways including for the classified ads functions (Like bump ad), woo commerce booking and rental functionality that will also work with the payment gateway etc etc.. e-commerce can be an option I guess but not necessary

My site will be more of a BNB site. Rentals instead of sales. Although I will include sales in the future but the payments will happen on my site. Then it will be ok for my customers (sellers) to use their own paypal. But the payments to my site to me, as a commission, will be through woo with Nuvei

It is not related with child theme. You use theme swatches plugin that making this issue. Theme is fully responsive so why using another plugin. We tested with real device iPhone, Android & iPad Responsive is ok.
