Hi Author, I sent you a message yesterday regarding my store www.poshglad.com You haven’t replied back to the email since yesterday. So i choose to leave a comment here, maybe you will see it. The Triss-1 and 2 Theme is great and everything works fine, but i bought an app on shopify called “BOLD OPTION” for option selection. Which messes up the way my store looks. Now I have drop down options all over my “COLLECTION PAGE” I need help from you to help me customize my store. I saw that your service can be hired, so am willing to pay for the hire. I want the store to have a custom feel to it. Also, my currency converter doesn’t work, so please help. Thanks

All the requirements you have is out of theme default support , these are related to App usage & its errors , So you need to contact respective app support team.

READ MY FIRST COMMENT HERE, It says “Everything works fine” before you tamper with my store. My only issue was that OPTIONS was showing on my product and collection page. And that was fixed by the BOLD OPTION team few minutes before you accepted access to my Shopify. Now ADD TO CART” doesn’t work…Please return my store back to the way it was before you mess it up. I can’t believe that someone who understand java script coding can’t provide a credible customer support. I will be reporting this to Shopify to have a look at it on your credibility.

See, the BOLD app has hidden on our default ADD TO CART button and applied the clone copy. So that action button not working. So you have to ask with App providers only , We can do support for this. Kindly check the attached screenshot. https://prnt.sc/qr2svd

Kindly follow these instructions.

If you are using custom colors, you need to upload the color image in the same name into the files section. e.g refer how we have added here for lemon green : file format should be .png size can be 50×50 http://buddhathemes.com/support/knowledge-base/how-to-add-custom-colors-to-the-swatches-in-detail-page/

If you feel difficulties share your store login details to our support mail: support@wedesignthemes.com and send your color list, We will upload some color files to understand easily.

its been 4 days, but you r not replying. your customer support is very bad, my team has spend very much time and money while using this theme , but just due to this one deficit this theme is getting worthless to me, if you can not resolve this issue then i need refund, i do not want to use this theme . respond me if you are not a street corner web developer.

There is a very big problem in this theme, this is related to hair industry and hair color is very important which is major problem, when i add colors, then it support , white, gold and black only, but i need to add other hair colors, if i mention other color name, then in product section, it shows something else. for example, if i write natural brown then it shows red color. kindly let me know how to sort it, and if possible, then let me know how can i use pictures in place of colors.

Please unpack the whole package after downloading it from Themeforest. On that extractedTriss-Pack-v1, You can find things like Documentation,Triss.zip , Log.txt and Readme.txt. You need to install a file “Triss.zip”

Hi. When I view my products and go from page 1 to page 2, the page loads and works. However, it keeps showing a loading symbol than spins in circles. It’s definitely not an internet connection issue. I am also not using a preloader. Although the page has loaded successfully, it keeps showing the loading symbol. Please help

Hi, I’ve encountered an issue which I would like your help with please. My menu work perfectly in desktop view but as soon as I switch to mobile, it doesn’t work.

No matter where I click on the menu, it just keeps jumping back to the home page.

Hey, I no longer need you to disable the zoom feature so disregard the last message. We decided to keep it for now. This should be my last question for a while. People that have visited the site mentioned that the product photos are slow to load. Is there anything that can be done about that or is that out of your control? In case if your product image size is large means, you can compress it using the following tool. https://tinypng.com/ It will help to improve the speed.

Good afternoon, I am busy with your theme to create a bridal website for my company. I am struggling with a few things: 1. Wishlist keeps giving 404 issues, says page is not available. 2. I want to delete the prices from the dresses. I have managed to hide the shopping cart etc… but not able to delete the prices from the products 3. When you go to the collection page there is a lot of white space between the breadcrumb and the product with 2 extra lines. Can this be made smaller? 4. On the contact form, there is only space for Name | Email | Subject | Message, I really would like to add phone number there as well. Where can I do this, I can’t seem to find it.

Hello, the description of each product, is cut in the initial part, this can be separated in a contracted way or 2 paragraphs, something so that it is not cut, this text.

Unfortunately Shopify not having an option to keying two different description for product , So we have show few lines of truncated description in top right and full description at bottom. If you want to have two different description , you can use some meta field apps.
