The download is a shopify theme, not an opencart theme

SCAMM! Hi all, please see my previous reviews and posts before purchasing any template from Webibazaar or Eptheme.

Because of these people I have not been able to run my business in a normal way since I bought the template on 08-02-2022.

The template looks good, but has hundreds of problems and issues. We’ve been troubleshooting for 7 months. In the end they said to me: ‘we can’t solve the rest of the problems’

While those were the important things that had to be solved.

They kept me on a leash for 7 months. One day they respond, then another week they don’t respond. It’s just how it suits them.

The first time they asked me to pay 260 euros and the second time 240 euros. Why? It’s their template that has so many problems. Do you think I like to message them every day? You think I’m in the mood for all this headache? The template costs 44 euros but I have to pay 260 euros to fix all the issues it has? They are SCAMMERS!!

My webshop is standing still for 7 months because I can’t run any ads and nothing. Because besides all issues it has the template, it also has a speed score of 3!!!

Here are some of the major issues that the OLD template still has after 7 months of fixing it:

NEW TEMPLATE:

But now after 7 months the template finally has an update in which all major problems have been solved. Which I’m super happy with because it works better and I might finally be able to continue with my work.

There are now only a few minor things like loading super slow, text, products displayed incorrectly, menu text too long and colors etc..

But even now they won’t help and still tell me to pay.

Here are the examples where they think I should pay. I don’t pay for template issues. I will only pay if I want to change extra things on the template. But I want the template as how they sell it. I am entitled to that!

Are these templae issues or as they call it ‘customazation’??

I WANT TO HAVE THE OLD TEMPLATE FIXED OR THE NEW! The choice is yours. I know they can’t fix the old ones ( see screenshots)

These people have made 7 months of my life miserable. And still I am patient and try to contact them every day but they just ignore me now.

If you want to save a lot of stress, effort and sleepless nights, don’t buy from these people.

Hello, this design installed Version 3.0.3.6 opencart ?

too many littile bug need to be solve myself… can’t direct install in newest version of opencart, not compatible direct with php 7.4 above, other than that, still have many little bug…

i just need a theme to save my time, not a theme that still need me solve here and there…
