That’s not possible easily. You need to customize a block (http://thetheme.io/thesaasx/support/faq/ ) or use Custom HTML block to create your own block.
Hi there. We are using the latest version of the Wordpress and of the SaaSX theme. We are trying to utilise some SEO plug ins but are running into some UI issue. We’ve tried both RankMath and The SEO Framework. Both install fine and their dashboards work etc… However, when we go to edit a post/page, both of those plug ins have a conflict with the theme – their SEO option box shows in a fixed position in the middle of the page/post overlaying content instead of showing as a box at the end of the content. Same issue with both plugins. We have used Health Check to troubleshoot and can confirm the conflict is with the theme and not another plug-in. There are no errors in console to share. It seems like the plug ins can’t determine where to position their options box among the various blocks. Both of these plug ins are pretty popular so am notifying in case other users are encountering this issue or if you would like to address. Happy to provide more information as required.
I missed it on my first search, but I see another comment from 2 days ago from mendes12 with the exact same issue with Yoast so looks like this might be a common issue with the theme?

I’m having a hard time with the navbar on the landing page on the top slide. For some reason, the menus are overlapping themselves. When scrolling down, everything is fine though.

Why do you have 2 navbars? Did you add a navbar to your page from page builder while still using the global navbar?

I use this theme for two of my websites. I have a temporarily landing page up as I am building them out, and I recently noticed that the theme blocks have disappeared. Existing blocks say “your site doesn’t include support for the ” name of block” block. You can leave this block in tact or remove it entirely. When I try to add new blocks, the SaasX blocks are no longer showing up. Any idea how I might fix this? Thanks!

How to I setup the email address that the contact form will send to?
I have the form showing on a page and when I submit the form I get a success message, but no email is ever received? I am missing something but I do not know what … do I need to have a plugin installed or something else?

In the most recent WordPress versions, within the administration, the Yoast plugin is appearing in the middle of a Page/Post when using your theme—> above a block.
Only when we change from ‘Visual’ to ‘Code’ Editor, the Yoast block appears at the bottom.

Could you advise when a patch will be released which ensures compatibility with WP version 5.3.0 / 5.3.1?
Currently after updating to the latest WP version the block editing functionality breaks in the WP pages editor. Rolling back to WP version 5.2.4 resolves the issue.

Hi, I’m having problems with the SaasX widgets in Gutenberg Editor. I’ve built a sample page 2-3 weeks ago. Today I tried to edit the page and instead of the blocks I see just the information “Your website doesn’t support “thesaasx/brand-4” (...)” and the blocks are not shown in edit-mode. Also none of the widgets show up in the widget-chooser-menu. In the preview, everything is fine though.

PPS. Works now, but the theme did not notify me, that it can/should me updated. Had to remove the old one and add the new, so I can update to plugin 1.1.3.
Sorry about that. WordPress 5.3 had a breaking change the theme update was required before WP upgrade. If you install Envato Market plugin it will notify you once we update the theme.

Updating a theme is very similar to installing it. We described a few methods in http://thetheme.io/thesaasx/support/articles/getting-started/ .
For auto updating the theme, you need to install and configure Envato Market plugin (described in the above link). That might be your best option.

I had the TheSaaSX theme working great but then I upgraded wordpress to v 5.3 and now the template options no longer appear and the embedded content widgets show the following when a page is opened in the editor:
“Your site doesn’t include support for the “thesassx/post-1” block. You can leave the block intact or remove it entirely. “

What is the latest version and how do I get it? For the plugin I’m on version 1.1.2 and Wordpress is not telling me there is an update available. Also, I just downloaded the theme <2 weeks ago from ThemeForest – is it a newer version since then?

Since the new version of FontAwesome has breaking change in terms of updating class names we can’t update it for now. Depending on type of your license, you might use a plugin to add css import from their CDN, but you can’t assign their icons to our components as our icon picker is based on version 4.7. So if you’re not using custom html block to design your pages, there’s not any reason to add FA5 to your website.

That’s the style of theme and it’s hard coded inside the post header layout. I’ll add it to our todo list to take a deeper look into its possibilities for future updates.

Sorry about that. Seems that’s because of the recent update of WordPress v5.3. To fix the issue, please download https://ufile.io/pf76dapr and replace it with “wp-content/plugins/thesaasx/assets/js/gutenberg.min.js”. Otherwise, please don’t update your pages until we prepare an update which we try to make it in the next 24 hours.

Hello – I am enjoying the TheSaaS Wordpress theme but I am stuck on a couple things. Can I please get guidance on the following:
1. TheSaaS / Elementer – There is a great video online where you show opening the TheSaaS template in Elementor and being able to use those tools to further edit the template. I want to do that! But I cannot figure out how to do so. If I create a page, populate it with a page template from The SaaS options, and then I click the “Edit with Elementor” button, then when that opens, the TheSaaS template is gone. It seems to be that I can do one or the other, but not at the same time.

1. That video is from the legacy version of the theme. We have upgraded the theme to use Gutenberg as its page builder. So the blocks are only available in Gutenberg, not Elementor anymore.
2.1 & 2.2. Most of our customization options are accessible from Appearance > Customize menu. For blog layout type, navigate to Blog > Archive from customizer and you’ll see customization options.
2.3 & 2.4. You could set your default post header from Customize > Layout > Header > Blog Post Header. You can override this settings from an individual post inside the document settings. We have created a default post header for you which is accessible from Layout > Header from dashboard. Feel free to add your new header and use it in your posts or pages.
3. Unfortunately, we don’t have such a functionality in our theme.
I made the purchase cause i was going to let me fiverr guy work on it and he told me that “Sir the theme you choosed is Good but I see in theme files pages are not getting imported but I already started it on my server to show you and am sure you will like it . It will be exactly same but theme I will customize my way .”
So i will have no use of the theme at all since he will chose his theme of his own since the files arent getting importet, it seems to be malfunctioning.

Well to him it dosen’t work, i’m not here to argue on your behalf to him since the site is done and a different theme was used, but i’m asking for a refund cause 1, it dosen’t work, 2, i never used the theme, i understand you will do everything to avoid refund but if the theme is not as described” then you would be entitled to a refund from the author! The theme does work as it’s in use by 2000 users and it is as described. Based on https://themeforest.net/page/customer_refund_policy , we won’t issue a refund if “You simply change your mind” or “You do not have sufficient expertise to use the item” (scroll down and read latest section).
