There is a bug, when you choose to hide decimals from the currency from shopify’s admin panel, the discount displayed at the homepage, where you select to display ”% or sale”, is displayed as -0% at the homepage blocks.

We also have a customer reported like you but after checking deeply, it is not theme bug, it came from wrong setting with currency. We are not sure if you the same or not. Thank you, I know my support has expired as explained in the email I received, I was just reporting the bug for theme improvement. The only thing I changed was from the store admin changed the ${{amount}} to ${{amount_no_decimals}}, the price is displayed as it is supposed to, but the percentage is not.

We don’t have RTL version for child themes. You can pay for custom work or we recommend you to use language app which supports RTL version on our child theme

When you choose Footer layout in Multiple Layouts in Theme Settings, you will go back to Section of Footer and setup footer menu… please make sure you follow exactly.

This is on Luxwatch child theme.

The Engraving Option Bug is still broken. I followed the instructions exactly, but it’s completely broken on mobile. When you click on the option, it freezes the whole webpage. Also, the price on the on this option is broken as well. It pulls the product price instead of the price in the price field in the theme setting option.

Please let me know how to fix this today if possible. I sent an email to support@halothemes.com already.

Soun theme is theme for single product, it is minimal and doesn’t have such features, you can pay for custom work if you want to have them on this theme or consider using our other advanced theme.

Hi, I sent in 3 emails, I haven’t heard from the support team and this is extremely urgent. Can you please let me know how to fix the bug ASAP?

I downloaded the Luxwatches 1 & 2 theme. This is a fresh install.

1. There is a bug for the engraving option, when I enable it, it’ll show up for a sec and dissappears. How do I fix this? 2. I only want the engraving option to be unabled for 1 specific collection or 1 type of products. How do I do that? 3. How do I use the swatches image option for an option, I don’t see how to do this at all? 4. I only want the sizing chart for a specific type of products and when I choose it in the back, it doesn’t allow to choose the type, how do I do this? 5. In the description, there are two tabs, one is for Specs and other is for size, Can I name them different things and upload different things in these two tabs for each product or do they are have to have the same tab information for the 2nd tab. Where do I edit this?

Hi, did you say you already responded. I haven’t received any fixes yet. If you can’t answer all of my questions today. Can you please just give me the bug fix on the 1st issue. This is extremely Urgent, this is the 4th day already.

The 1st main bug on the LuxWatch child Theme is: the add Engraving option is broken and it disappears. I’m not sure if the add engraving button on the form works either, since I can’t actually get the function to show up on the live site.

Can you Please give me the fix for this bug today? I would really appreciate it.

We checked and they are not our theme bugs. Engraving feature is an option of product like color or size, you must follow our instruction in user guide to setup.
