Hi there… loving your Uma theme Im just wondering if I can have your help. I want to remove the quantity selector from the product page so that I can only sell the items once. I notice I can toggle the option to do this within the settings however it doesn’t seem to do anything… wondering if there is a bug there? Thanks for your help

The accordion in the FAQ template doesn’t work on the site that I’m working on, and I checked the Uma demo and it doesn’t even work on there either.

I added the shortcode as you indicate in the guide but is doesn’t work correctly. A user had this same issue 10 months ago, why didn’t you just post the solution in reply to his comment? Please post the solution in response to this comment so other users can have the solution as well.

This theme worked well for one website we did so we bought it again for another one. On the second site, I uploaded the theme file and started customizing. It gave an error about compile time on the theme and the site looked all messed up. I deleted the theme file and re-uploaded it. The same thing happened again. Neither time did it ask me for my second purchase code. Can you please tell me how to fix this?

Hi I have Uma1 theme but I have a problem with the Navigation Menu – . www.woofs.co.uk in narrow or mobile view – When clicking on the Menu three lines top left on woofs I get a black ‘window’ with the menu on the left and arrows indicating further menu items on the right. Clicking on the menu items I only go through to another page but do not see the sub menus – I only see the sub menus when I click on the arrows. However as an example (although probably not the same theme ) https://koyclothing.com/ with the very similar menu system Clicking the little three lines you initially get very similar but you do get the additional menu items when you click on the left as well as on the plus signs on the right I hope you can understand what I am saying. I would like our Navigation Menu on woofs.co.uk to be similar to koyclothing.com. Do you have any suggestions how this can be achieved? David Judd

Currently, I try to add “Compare” function to my new website. However, after I check “enable compare” and add a new page with “ap-compare”, I clicked the “view compare” and it always jump to the 404 page instead of “ap-compare” page.

Please advise how to correct it properly.

Recently we have purchased the Uma theme, however, there seems to be a bug. Whenever a client selects a variant, the product image does not change with its selected variant.

Also: Is it possible to change the current setup to a dropdown list please? We have several items which have 10 variants, a dropdown makes it way easier for the client.

We had to take our store offline again, due to these things. We hope for a smooth solution from your side.
