Hello, I installed the grand template in Shopify but it doesn’t let me add the products to the cart. After that I installed a plugin to add a more direct form to buy and it didn’t show it to me either and with other templates I didn’t have that problem

You’ve set page template as ‘page.contact’ for all pages. Set the page template as ‘page’ and it will show fine.

The theme by default supports Shopify product review app, https://apps.shopify.com/product-reviews .
It is a free app which you need to download from Shopify App Store. once added the theme will automatically pick it up.

i have a big problem. The Product attributes are not showen in the product page.
I mean the “Technical Data” ... It is a List of my Shopsystem, where you can read the technical data of my products. Like length, height etc.

This is the sandbox view of my product. There next to “Tags” there should be the “technical data”. A List like in the next link, which is to my old theme from my shop. There is just a bot of code missing to get the attibutes on the product list, same as on shopify.

I don’t think this comes under issue. As you can add extra tab by enabling it from product tab settings area as can be seen here, https://nimb.ws/rl8ued . Mark the tab showing as check, add title and content and it will show over there.

The slide show is rotating a little to slow if you could make it rotate 3-4 seconds between each that would be awesome! The settings in the Shopify aren’t doing it.

Yes, the theme wasn’t allowing me categorize options on individual menu pages. It only works for the homepage! Our team tried fixing the issue on the back end of the Shopify page and collection layout and theme customization for hours but could never get it to work properly! It’s been quite the inconvenience.
What options are you talking about? Can you share a screenshot of it? If you’re talking about the sections they work only on homepage and it is not the case only on our theme but on all themes that you’ll find on themeforest.

1. The slider doesn’t work well on mobile, some elements are cut off.
2. On single product page when you click on the image, the image doesn’t load “Image could not be loaded” appears.

1 more thing on the home page > featured collection > when you hover over the images it doesn’t show the other image, it just appears blank
I USED THE SAME theme on wordpress, that’s really Excellent, so I find the same theme for shopify, but you are not same team, I don’t know which one is original, it seems your theme is not finished.
This is shopify version of the theme not wordpress. If you need any communication regarding shopify version then you can state here. If you’re a customer then share your purchase key as well.

Sure you can report to anyone if you nothing else to do. For your kind information we’ve shopify rights for the theme and this is the exact same thing for shopify as you’ve seen for wordpress. Regarding unfinished work what is it that makes you think so?

zip does not contain a valid theme: missing template “layout/theme.liquid”.... and several other files. How do I upload my theme to shopify?
Hi You need to unzip the main folder. Theme zip is with in the main folder.
