how to set sidebar to a page? I don’t see any option that let page has sidebar
Hi,
If you want to set the sidebar globally, on all pages, please go to Appearance > General Settings and set Sidebar option to the desired value.
If you want to display the sidebar only on some pages, please edit the desired page, scroll down to the bottom of page edit screen and locate Settings meta box with Override Global Settings field.
Add Sidebar override and choose desired value. It will override the global setting from Appearance > Customize for that page and display the sidebar.

Please remove the widgets from Header Left Widgets and Header Right Widgets areas on Appearance > Widgets panel and the top bar will disappear once they are empty.

I purchased your Medicare theme, uploaded and activated it.
When I started to do my customization, my website went into technical difficulties, then I received an e-mail from Wordpress indicating that those ” technical difficulties ” are caused by your theme. I tried to solve the problem through deactivating the Medicare theme until finding real solution with you for the theme, because I do like it and I want to build my website according to your templates.

Hello, since the latest update, the website has a major issue with some pages. It appears when we reach the “contact page” for example. I have the following error message : “Fatal error: Call to undefined function boldthemes_is_base64_encoded() in /srv/data/web/vhosts/www.my-website.fr/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/medicare/medicare.php on line 1266”
If i update to Bold builder 2.4.1 , it crashes the entire website. Thanks you by advance for your help

503 Service Unavailable error is an indication that the server is too busy or there’s maintenance being performed on it.
The server can be busy for various reasons, ranging from DOS to a simple peak in traffic. If the issue persists, the best option is to contact your hosting provider and determine the exact cause of this – if you can take a closer look at the latest visits log, you might be able to detect the cause by inspecting the number of requests from the same ip addresses and the url they are requesting.
Either way, the update itself is not likely to be the reason for this – none of the other users reported a similar issue and we were unable to recreate it in our development environment.

Hi, I purchased the template today and now struggling with two things. First is how to modify the header as i cannot find it in the wordpress site. Only a name called PrimaryMenu and other is the Google Maps does not work. I have changed the API key to mine and also changed the longitude and latitude and there is still no luck. Please help. We are not sure which aspect of the header you would like to change, but menu structure can be managed on Appearance > Menus panel and icons and other elements are widgets and they can be found on Appearance > Widgets panel (in different widget areas, depending on the header type you are using).
Related to Google Maps, can you please send us the url of the page so we can take a closer look – JS console exception message in particular – it should explain what is wrong with the Google map.

You can create a multilingual site based on Medicare by using third party plugins such as: https://wpml.org/ or https://wordpress.org/plugins/polylang/. Medicare is compatible with both.
No, Medicare does not use Visual Composer, it uses Bold Builder.

You can change the overall color scheme in the theme customizer – this will affect menu as well. If you want to set specific menu color, independent of the dominant accent color, you can do it via few custom css statements.

Hey, there! Pre-sales question – Can you incorporate video in the sliders on the homepage or is it limited to images only? Is this using the Rev Slider?
Hi,
You can incorporate video in the sliders as content. You can also incorporate video as background of the slider section (one video as background of all slides), but if you want to incorporate it as a background of individual slides (each slide has a separate video background), that is not possible.
Rev Slider does not come packaged with the theme, you get our custom made slider page element instead. The theme is compatible with Rev Slider though.
