I’m trying to set up the “products” page and would like it to display: https://rt19-demo7.rtthemes.com/products/product-category-1/

However when I go to “pages” and click on the “products” page… When I click on visual composer and “add element” I do not see the option to input the “product showcase” as described in the documentation.

I have just purchased your theme and I am a bit confused as when it ask for specific plugins to be installed it said fusion builder but installed wpbakery? Can I used fusion builder on this theme?

I have seen the demo with a topbar. I have tried every skin, every layout, every option and I cannot get the top bar to show up. I have menu items in the Secondary Menu area so I know it isn’t empty. What setting, and where, am I missing?

We are thinking of buying your template and I would like to ask you a couple of questions:
1. We want to create a page which works as a product catalog for a retail company. So we want to make a showcase for the products into categories, with details and description for each product (like an eshop) but without the features of an eshop, like price, basket, checkout etc. Can this be done easily in your template?
2. We want also to categorize the products with 2 different ways, with type and with brand. Is this possible?
3. Also, we want an extended menu with the categories of products like the sample menu photo 1 & photo 2. Can we do this?
4. Lastly, we want a search with criteria. Can this be done? (sample photo 3)

Hello, so far your theme is the best!, i’ve just move to another host, and migrate my site, there was some problems (not related to your theme) with the migrate process, causing my site to mess.

Slow it’s start to fix, but got anoter problem, i forget (sorry) how to edit those cubes (grid), as you see on the attachment, the photo is not loading, in which tool i can edit those?

How do you remove the link title in this theme. I’ve tired a number of ways including using worpdress hooks and javascript but none seem to work. The problem is that on the menu links to categories etc the theme is pulling in the category description to use as the link title. But with a html plugin like Category Tinymce this description is formatted and includes picture. The title then just becomes a mash of code that is pulled in. How do you remove this option for link titles?

hey there! we are having an issue with searchform.php and WPML. When searching a term it outputs SITE/?s=term&lang=xx instead of SITE/lang/?s=term loading the base language result and not the selected language. Does anyone met this issue? thank you
