Hi I want to create a modal button in my menu. I think I see how to do it from Crocal instructions but it doesn’t seem to work when I make a test page button for Zuperla (https://docs.euthemians.com/tutorials/custom-modals-in-crocal/). Are there instructions for Zuperla as I see the theme does allow buttons with modals? https://euthemians.com/themes/zuperla/homepage-classic-business/

Has the area for adding GA tracking code disappeared from theme? it used to be at Appearance > Theme Options > General Settings > Tracking Code

Following new WordPress Theme Requirements by Envato we moved this in Zuperla extension. So, please double check that you are full-updated, theme and plugins, and check under Zuperla > Custom Codes. You should see a new central admin screen after version 2.0 of Zuperla.

I recently installed the Product Filters plugin for WooCommerce. They use ajax loading for shop pages when applying filters. But for some reason, the ajax loading isn’t working with this theme. When I apply a specific filter, the ajax loading indicator rotates, the results count is displayed correctly, but the products don’t update in the grid view.

As you have already noticed these are session cookies (nothing to worry about GDPR) in order to detect visitor’s screen resolution. With this way we place appropriate image sizes to improve the page load time.

Yes, I think that you can customize almost everything under Apperance > Customize. And yes, WPBakery Page Builder (Visual Composer) comes bundled with the theme. We have extended the Visual Composer, as we use our own grid system, to the next level by adding multiple options in Rows and Columns. Shortly, you will not find just one Visual Composer copy in Zuperla but an extended Page Builder!

I’m pretty interested about your theme and just have a quick question about it.
I’d use it to present an event I organize monthly. I’d need to allow people to take a (free) ticket on the website directly. They’d need to put their name, family name and email for that and would receive their place by email. Is it possible with your theme ? Thanks

Hello! I can’t set the header menu “transparent”, please can you tell me how can I do? I just want the menu to overlap my revolution slider… I tried with the header options but it doesn’t work, the menu has always a white background…

Hi, I really would like to buy your theme. Excellent work so far. But: No title-tags for images and mostly no alt-tags for images in the page source code. People at google are searching more and more for images and for that reason someone has to provide title- and alt-tags. Search robots need to be fed with informations about the images. For creative people, designers and photographers themes that do not provide title- and alt-tags are useless. Are you working on an update that will provide tags for images? Best Regards

I think there is nothing to be fixed as the Alt text for images is normally printed in the source code. For example, check the generated code on this page http://euthemians.com/themes/zuperla/galleries/ , the first image in the first gallery. The alt text is “Zuperla Premium WordPress Themes” as you can see. The fact that we did not add alt texts in all of images in our demo does mean it does not work.

Thanks for that quick response. Yes indeed, I have seen the alt text. But I cant see any title-tags. Images are the content of galleries. So the most important way to feed the google robot with content is via image file name, title-tag and alt-tag. When working mainly with galleries and images like creatives and photographers do this is most important for good SEO. The best homepage design doesnt matter if nobody can find it. So I hope you will understand the need for an update in that matter. Best Regards

Could you please check the second gallery, the carousel one in order to see the image title? You can have both title/caption with multiple styles and in the modal popup as well. Maybe you should also check our live tutorial http://docs.euthemians.com/theme/zuperla/ to better understand the endless possibilities of Zuperla.
