Hi themezaa, I found the solution just after posting the comment yesterday. Yes, i had to create custom sizes for thumbnail (inserted in “functions.php” of the child theme) and it works now perfectly. Thanks for your answer and link, have a nice day.

2. Yes you will get all layouts but as per Envato regular license policy, you can use it in one website only.

Please do inspect element in Google chrome browser and check Console tab, there you will see lots of 403 forbidden errors and that is not allowing to load various CSS, JS and image files. Make sure all those files are uploaded properly and also set file permissions like 644 for all files and 755 for all folders via FTP or File manager and that should help.

The console reports some missing award logos, which is no problem but there are some errors in the main.js which I can’t figure out
