In the Theme Settings>Requirements it says that the WP Memory Limit is 40MB, however in my WP stats it is 256MB

That’s interesting cause I did modify the .htacess file and he change was reflected in the WP stats.

We dont plan release template update in the nearest time. There is no such feature in the demo and in our roadmap as well. Actually, since its html template (just a set of HTML and CSS files for the frontend) and there is no backend functionality, so there is no way to have cropping function and save the images.

I would like to create a social network similar to Twitter. My main concerns are the following.
1. Can I add a submit a post box (similar to Tweet) at the top of the home page?
2. Can I let user select a place where their post is related to? For example, I am posting for a Restaurant A, and the user should be able to select the restaurant from the list. So, the community will know what the post is about.
3. Can I list all the posts related to that Restaurant under the Restaurant page? So, restaurant owners can reply them.
4. Can I restrict this post to 400 words?
5. Can I restrict users to post one type of post? So, the posts all look similar.
6. Can user add images to that post?
7. I see the points on users pages. Are they coming from myCred?
So, basically I would like to make the homepage similar to Twitter. Is it possible to do?

Your questions mostly relate to Olympus WordPress version (https://themeforest.net/item/olympus-responsive-community-social-network-wordpress-theme/22788499?s_rank=2), but please note the theme does not provide all the mentioned functionality, some of your requests most likely can be achieved via some third-party plugins. But, if you meant HTML version, please note, HTML includes only HTML,CSS and JS files that altogether make the frontend styling of a social network. HTML templates are not fully working websites. They are used by developers for creating websites on various CMS. So it requires high coding knowledge, and with good coding knowledge, you can achieve whatever you want.

Olympus template does not support RTL stylesheet – it requires an additional coding process. Maybe in the future, we will add RTL stylesheet, but dont promise it will be in the nearest future. So if you need to convert some pages to RTL, you better give this task for outsourcing development.
