Hello, Im looking to buy this theme but i have questions regarding some of pages i would like to use. They are not mobile friendly when i check them on google mobile friendly test. I tested site with free demo.
Examples of sites on demo which didnt pass mobile friendly test:

Thank you for your comment and information. We will add fix in the next 24 hours to official package. It looks like Google change some of the “mobile friendly parameters” it will be easy to solve via CSS code. If you purchase MyHome before 3.1.34 version, just write us email to support@tangibledesign.net one our developers will add fix for you or please use MyHome updater after 24 hours from now and it will be solved.

When will compatibility with Slider Revolution 6.x be solved? 6 months have passed from the official release

Thank you for your comment. MyHome use jQuery version of Revolution Slider for Property Slider (e.g. homepage) and Listing page. Revolution Slider jQuery 6.X is not released yet so we cannot update it. It still use 5.X version – https://revolution.themepunch.com/jquery/

Hello i am looking to create a real estate directory type site that will allow agents and agencies sign up and post listings.
1) I would like to know is it possible to use more than one demo at the same time.
For example can i use the market place demo for the main page and then use the agent page demo for single agent pages?
2) can an agency add agents in the front end dashboard and send them logins?

Thank you for your question. Generally speaking it is not possible because there is one primary color / one main menu etc. However you can use all homepages in the same time because each demo has same content importer (All pages / homepages etc). You can use e.g. marketplace homepage on one page and agent homepage on another. Please consider that “Agent” Homepage has all information added manual so it is not possible to automatically fill it with user profile information.
In the current version of MyHome Agency cannot add agent. You can test all available options before purchase here: https://myhometheme.net/try-it-free/

When some one fills out the contact form on the listings, does it go to the specific agent or to admin?

Thank you for your question. You can configure it both ways. If you need email be send to user who added listing please add this special tag: [_post_author_email]
into /wp-admin/ > Contact > Edit Contact Form > Mail > “To”.

Yes it is possible to translate. You can tranlaste “properties” in the /wp-admin/ >> Property options > General > Single property – slug. You can translate any term slug (e.g. Apartment / New York) by: 1. Visit /wp-admin/ 2. Hover “Properties”. 3. Choose text field e.g. “Property Type”. 4. Click Edit on the “Apartment”. 5. Edit Slug.

You can test “Breadcrumbs” module ( /wp-admin/ >> MyHome Theme >> Breadcrumbs ). It will automatically create this kind of links. However the best option will be to use just 2-3 text fields in it to not make it too long. It will also change the url path to each property to domain.com/property-type/offer-type/name. Please consider the text field that is added to breadcrumbs will not have “multiselect option” to not break structure of the website.

How can i make unique url to my single property URL?
ie.: Now we are getting this type URL:

Thank you for your question. Pricing table is displayed after clicking “Submit Property” button at the end of the form. We did it this way to increase conversion rate. Firstly visiotr fill the “Submit Property” form and if the user do not have available free listings (do not purchase package yet or do not got from you “free listings”) will be redirect there to purchase.

Hi, I just purchased your theme. As I am setting up the price table, how can I set time limit for the membership. For instance I’d like the FREE package to expire in 30 days when the user would get a notification to upgrade or renew the FREE or it will be unpublished. And for the other packages I’d like to set 30 days, 3 months, 1 year etc… is this possible?

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately it is not possible in the current version of MyHome. Only one expired date can be set for featured / free packages. This kind of option will be also not so easy to implement because it will require a lot of conditional logic e.g. what happen if someone buy shorter package, then change it to longer or refund one of it, there is a lot of edge cases. We are currently working on some other modules of our products related to Elementor plugin integration to make it more flexible.
We are working very hard to add many cool new functions to MyHome, but Real Estate businesses have many dimensions and it is very time-consuming to add every possible option. Thank you for yours understanding.

One user will enter my site and he/she will see one survey… They will answer my questions(location, price, room, where do you live, do you want to see see etc.) and after that can your theme list properties what I choose.

How does the myhometheme define sorting by “popular” ? I want only featured properties on my homepage listed but then the search form gives only featured properties?

Popular = number of views listing had. Form will display “Featured” listings only if you select it in the search form settings, by default it will display all listings.
