I updated your theme today (after updating WordPress to V.5.3), which included updates for MelodySchool Utilities, Essential Grid, Revolution Slider, and WPBakery Page Builder. All the plugins updated “except” WPBakery page builder, for which the prompt redirected to settings and a notice to purchase it to receive updates. The end result was the styling was visually broken as a result of the update (thankfully I backed up prior). I would like to do the update but obviously I need to ensure that WPBakery updates as well. Any chance this is going to happen?
Yes, I received the fix for js_composer, and thanks for letting me know that one needs to save “fonts and colors” before doing the updates. And FYI there is no “TRX Utilities” for this theme, and nor is it appropriate to request $50 to update a theme when the issues are related to the update itself.

Hello, my hosting provider recently changed to PHP version 7.1. This affected ThemeREX Utilities, more specifically:
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: [] operator not supported for strings in /home1/xxxxxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/trx_utils/shortcodes/trx_optional/tabs.php:121
To fix this, I added the following array initialization above line 121:

Hi, We just updated our theme from de 1.6 to the 1.6.2 version and the site got broken. The visual composer elements look like aren’t recongnise them, showing just the short codes instead. Even at the back office, we are missing the Team and the instruments/services, sections.
How can we sort it out?

Please make sure MelodySchool Utilities plugin is activated. You will need to re-install it after theme update.
If you didn't make any changes in the plugin files, simply deactivate and remove it from WordPress dashboard. Then follow the prompt to install it again. This will load a new plugin version on the site.Regards.

The Visual Composer is no longer active in my wordpress. All posts and pages are no longer in Visual Composer format. I do not know why that happened. My Visual Composer came along with the theme I bought in 2016, the MelodySchool theme. I don’t understand why it is no longer available in my wordpress. Can you help me, please? I am desperate.

Add this code to the very end of the functions.php file before closing php tag ?> and replace 6 with your category ID:

The revolution slider and the WPBakery are the two. I have gone to my downloads and downloaded the files again for new updated plugins, but I keep getting warnings that I need to update these plugins. I have to update your theme nd since then the check box in my contact form doesnt display at all in the website. Example: http://www.cedam.es/5008-2/
For the moment i am using a drop down menu to give the user the option to provide permission but i would like to have back my check boxes. Do you have the same issue before?
