Hi, I am interested to buy the theme. But want to know if there is a way within the theme that i can change the add to cart button in the product page to “Pre-order”. As for the product promo count down timer, does it allow me to set it to a specific product or is it a global timer? Thank you for your time.

- Pre-order function is possible with our theme, but we have another method to do it best for our Ella theme rather than instruction of Shopify, so if you want to have this function, our technical team will help you. And we will add it in next update version of ella.
- Countdown timer on Cospora theme and Shopbe is for both different product and it is also for all products depending on your setting.
This function on Ella and other child themes is only for different product, we will update in next update.

This is the first time i am buying a theme from themeforest for shopify. I am not clear on whether if what the features i am seeing on child theme/certain features i see on your pages demo can be mixed and matched to create a new shop for my brand. Could you please let me know if I can pull certain features i see on your theme to build the shop i want or do i have to pick one of the themes you have pre-designed and limited to the features i am seeing on the selected theme?

Ella is a multiple layouts theme, where you can mix and match blocks of 16 homepage layouts you want to create your own layout.
Ella has 11 child themes. These child themes are separate themes and will not regard to Ella so you cannot use blocks or functions of child themes for Ella.
Ella has almost functions, blocks of child themes with its design.
About child themes, We add real child themes which are for different businesses without just skins, this will help Template has it own style, own design without similar look with other and help your store stands out of crowd.
So you can decide to use Ella or any child themes you like. If you need to combine blocks, we also can provide you customization service if you want.

Hi there – I’m seeing “Variant Images Grouped” as an option in the Live Demo but I do not see the template in the customization, There are only 5 options in the product templates to choose from, but 11 options in your demo. The variation groupings is a brilliant design and perfect for our products.

Hi, I have emailed several times about a problem with Bagratica child theme purchased last week but no response yet. When customer adds a product to their cart, it adds it, but when you go to checkout it says cart is empty so they cannot buy it. Can someone get back to me urgently as we are losing sales.

Hi I sent an email to your support 5 days ago, have since followed up two days ago but and yet to get a reply. I have the Lux demo theme installed. The variants/options are displaying as a list, rather than a drop down menu, how can I get the options for each applicable product to display as a drop down. Also, the main navigation menu is displaying on two lines, this is on a 12.5” Surface Pro device in PC Mode. How can I prevent that from happening other than removing some of the menu items. I am using the Luxwatches theme for our Shopify store.
I have one product with 4 colors: red, green, blue, and black (respectively in the dropdown menu). Each is the same price, weight, 25 qty.
When I add RED to the cart, it appears. However, when I add any other color(s), they do not get added to the cart. Instead, the quantity of RED increases.
Additionally, the BUY IT NOW button does not work for this particular product. Please see screen gab attached.

Hello, It looks like there a bad bug and ella theme. Actually on the sidebar of a collection, all the “content” section (color, etc..) disappear.. When I on work it, it appears and when I click on “save it simply disappear from the page.. Did you already fix this bug ? Because it is not possible to filter by “color” or other parameters without this.
