Hello - Great theme!! I’m experiencing placement issues with the logo on Mobile devices. My site is https://wediddy.com.
1. The “top menu” seems to be overlapping the logo so you only see the bottom half of the logo. (see screenshot link below) 2. The logo is not lined up horizontally with the menu icon. (see screenshot link below)

I have took a look at your website. I can see that you haven’t yet changed the logo. You can change the logo from Theme Options -> Logo, more details in the documentation http://themes.dhrubok.website/docs/slake/#setting_logo
Also, I could see the mobile view has some issues on your site. It should be shown like this https://prnt.sc/r77hqq
There’s some CSS adjustment needed on your site.

Could you please add the CSS style above in Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS area and update the theme to the latest version to see if this works for you?

Thank you for looking into the situation and providing custom code. I added the custom css but unfortunately it has not resolved all the issues in mobile view.
The logo is nolonger cut in half, but the menu icon (hamburger icon) in mobile is still not lined up with the logo? (see new image)

After a search using the Domain Search module on the homepage, how can i direct users to the Domain Registration page in WHMCS by clicking the BUY NOW link? Currently the BUY NOW button does not link to anything.

Thank you for coming to our support.
We have checked the issue on our site and can see the the Buy now button is linking to the domain registration page in WHMCS.
All you just need to activate the WHMCS Bridge plugin and set the WHMCS Bridge page from Settings -> WHMCS Bridge page.

I’m looking for a solution that does not include WHMCS Bridge plugin if possible. I would to direct users to results on the WHMCS domainchecker.php results page after entering a domain.
For example. A user enters mycoolwebsite.com on Slake WP homepage, they are then directed to WHMCS domainchecker.php page with results for mycoolwebsite.com already populated. (see screenshot) https://prnt.sc/rc42td

Is there a similar approach that would work with Slake?

I have checked the domain checker on our end and found that .us, .edu, .me works as well. So other domain TLD’s should work as well. Thank you for that recent plugin update. I’m still unable to change the images that came with the theme. They’re coming from offsite. I’ve tried changing them to what’s in the Wordpress media folder but they just wont budge. an example url is :http://themes.dhrubok.website/slake/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/about-icon-1.png

I’ve been having issues trying to get the Stripe Payment module. I have been in touch with my host, and WHMCS, and this is apparently due to outdated theme files?
WHMCS replied with “Thanks for getting in touch, it seems your custom template is not compatible with 7.8.x we’ve made a number of changes in this version that do require an upgrade of your templates to support the new Pay Methods feature and the Stripe Elements integration please work with the theme developer to implement these changes

Yes, the jQuery and Bootstrap is now outdated but not all outdated staffs are vulnerable. Actually jQuery and Bootstrap team always release updates of their libraries but newer updates conflicts with the theme which is why we didn’t updated to latest version.
The newer updates of the libraries adds new features and functions for developers, it’s not that newer versions will add new features to the theme. But absolutely we will update those libraries after we make sure newer versions doesn’t have any conflict with our existing features of the theme.
But we do not have any ETA when the newer versions will be added, but I suggest you to check back our item updates sometimes so you may get the updated version when we release it.

Hello. I have bought your slake theme, but when trying to edit with elemtor the elemtor logo just keeps showing and there is a prompt for something.

Also, you do not need to buy license to active the plugin license for it. You can use it. We have extended license to distribute the premium plugins with our themes. Themeforest authors do not provide license code for 3rd Party plugins those are shipped with theme.

Yes, it is possible to just use WooCommerce to sale hosting services but for domain service, WooCommerce is not built for it. So it’s recommended to use WHMCS for selling domain services or any other alternative of it such as BoxBilling etc.

Hi, The google pagespeed score for this wordpress theme ( for mobile ) and desktop is very low . only 12/100 for mobile and 37/100 for desktop Is there any method to increase the pagespeed. because we want to use this theme if it yields good pagespeed results.

Our demo page is slow because we have used high sized images and images aren’t properly scaled. We didn’t optimized the pages and didn’t used any caching solutions with Cloudflare.
To get a good speed, these all things matters. So if you optimize your images, optimize the page caching I hope you will get good score. If not then shout at us, we are responsible to give you this

I installed it on a fresh install and it seems to have so many errors and when I try to edit with elementor I have to go into safe mode.

1. Why is the WHMCS Theme showing Default (5 Character Verification Code) when in WHMCS the option is set to invisible captcha. 2. Your theme is supporting WHMCS bridge yet the WHMCS bridge plugin is broken on my website, I’ve paid for pro and no response to tickets from the WHMCS Bridge Author. 3. Elementor supports svg logos but your theme style does not include classes to adjust for SVG’s so adding one makes it larger than the navigation.

The responses to your query: 1. Could you please confirm that from WHMCS Bridge settings you have Portal theme selected? 2. Could you please provide us your site URL so that we could check what is broken? 3. As WHMCS Bridge is a third party plugin so do not have any idea about their support. But it’s pathetic that they do not provide good support for such a used plugin. 4. We have tested SVG on our server which shows SVG is uploadable. Not sure why it’s not working on your end.
