• Recommended Go to Theme options > General and on bottom check “Disable Gutenberg” or install the plugin “Classic Editor”.
• Manually fix it by editing the file wp-content\plugins\hybrid-composer\admin\admin-style.css. Hi, Unfortunately there is not any backup, you need to contact your hosting support. Anyway deh demo import should not delete everything, just the theme options and maybe the home page

Hi, look at the theme version and Hybrid Composer plugin version in plugins folder.

To update, update both theme and Hybrid Composer plugin by deactivate and delete them via WordPress and by uploading and installing them again. Or just by overwrite all files via FTP.
