i can not install the demo. there is not option under tools menu to install teh demo as described in the documentation.
also i tried to activate my license many times but i still get an error: Something wrong. Could you try register the purchase code later.

The problem can be in your Firewall, so you need to contact your hosting support. It’s written in the docs we’ve provided.
Hi bought this theme a few weeks ago and tested on testing server (wich doesnot exist anymore)... now i am ready to go live but get error that liscence is not valid (registred for testing server)... please help to fix. Thx.
Hello! Please contact our support team, they’ll change it in your license. You can deactivate the license on the Somo Dashboard before site transferring.

All my website is now in shortcode ! I can’t replace my purchase code because it says that my domain ‘localhost’ is already active. I don’t understand what it’s going on ? Can you help me asap (my website is online now) ? Why my purchase code has gone when I change a parameter in theme ? What will be when my support will expire ? Delete all widgets from the sidebar in Appereance->widgets->sidebar. If you need to hide it only on mobile version – please contact our support team, they send the CSS path to change it.

You can disable the imagick module in PHP settings or generate thumbnails manually via Media->Retina->Generate. Or use another plugin like “Thumbnails Regenerate»
This is the last step of thumbnail regeneration, it not critical and you can make it manually 
Don’t forget to reactivate your theme license after the demo content installation.

Hello, looks very good. We have an AD portfolio of over 200 video ads. We use Vimeo. I do not see any Vimeo videos on the demos, is Vimeo supported exactly as those Youtube videos? Also, can you please let me know if there is anyway to let the theme pick a thumbnail from the video? We already have our site on another theme which uses Visual composer and are not really happy with the performance of that theme and page builder. Thank you.

2) No, our theme doesn’t support this. The cover image has to be uploaded manually.
