Hello, is there any way that we can hide the Title Bar background image on mobiles. I want to keep background image on desktop screens and just plain background color on mobiles? .. kindly let me know. Thank you.

Hello.. we are using your theme.. we recently shifted to https from http.. but your theme is make a call to this url http://gimox.themestek2.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/09/footer-bg.png and as this is a http call .. we are facing issues in securing our site on https. So can you please tell us which file in your theme is making this call in the said url? we are not able to locate the file that is making the http call. Please help

This is background image for footer area. This image is currently loading from our server and our server is HTTP:// so this can happen.
The solution is very easy. Just download the image on your pc and upload on your server and set it again. Just download the image and then go to Admin > Gimox Options > Footer Options section and set the image in “Footer Background (all area)” option.

For Elementor, currently our theme is created with WPBakery Page Builder plugin and also we created so many elements in this plugin. So we don’t have any plan of porting to Elementor plugin.

I really like this template and I am interested in buying it. I know you have the support website (but only available after purchasing one of your templates), but before purchasing it I would like to make myself sure about few things.
We’re building a website where the main feature would be the integration (exclusive – paid) membership to the website. Potential members would pay a monthly subscription and would access to the exclusive/”locked” content. The content wouldn’t be static, therefore it would have to be categorized in each month as a category. So when someone pays on 5th (or on 15th) of May, one gets the content uploaded in May folder. I would ofcourse probably use some membership plugin for this feature. My question is firstly, do you think this template would fit to that most important requirement? In that content posts with pictures and videos (linked to videmo) would be published regularly. I understand that your template is compatible with WooCommerce, so probably this should have the right fundaments for this feature?
My second question would be, since you know the template, it is your codes, is there a possibility of hiring you (or one of your developers) for customization works (repositionining some things/eliminating some things) which I wouldn’t be able to realize myself?

The membership feature you are asking is part of plugin and not theme. The theme handles visibility and HTML structure. And you are asking for functionality which is part of plugin. So please find a plugin which fulfill your requirement and use it with our theme.
Also we are not providing paid support but our support staff is friendly and will solve most of your queries. Please note that we may not provide support for feature which is not part of our theme.
