Hi, I met problem to edit the embed element “services”on the home page. I am only allowed to edit the image and title and content on the page page, but the content after click each item, it’s not allows to edit it expect coding. I failed even tried several different page editor. Can you tell me how?

By default, WPBakery Page Builder is disabled for custom post types.

You can enable it in WPBakery Page Builder> Role manager> Custom posts> tick on services

If you bought theme from Envato Elements, try to install theme on local server – you’ll see that all works properly. Then you can transfer whole website to your live server using Duplicator plugin.

In case “Demo Data” installation stuck, you can manually install it by downloading the demo.zip archive from our server: http://demofiles.ancorathemes.com/edward-carter/demo.zip

Just extract folder from archive and upload to /wp-content/themes/hypnotherapy/ folder on your server.

After that re-import dummy data.

This issue was fixed in theme update 1.2.0. Please download latest version of theme:

Log into your ThemeForest account and navigate to your downloads tab. Find the theme and download “Installable WordPress file”.

After that, log into your WordPress website and go to Appearance > Themes.

Activate a different theme. Delete the previous version of hypnotherapy and re-upload the new WordPress Installable files that you have downloaded earlier.
