I have purchased this theme a week back and all the elemantor pages like Home, about, contact and other pages breaks terrible. The support replies are really very bad.

There is no response for me from last 3 days. I’m very disappointed by this theme. Please provide proper support and reply asap

Latest theme not compatible with the version of elementor it says compatible with

I’m receiving the following message:

The latest version of Elementor is incompatible with LaStudio Elements For Elementor plugin, Please downgrade Elementor plugin to the previous version, then reactivate LaStudio Elements For Elementor plugin and wait for updated version of the theme

Can you please update the theme or theme plugins to support the latest version of Elementor? I shouldn’t have to downgrade (never had to do that before) to run my theme.

I have updated the theme but I cannot edit the page with elementor as one of your plugin(LaStudio Elements For Elementor) is causing issues.

When is this theme getting updated?

LaStudio Elements for Elementor is causing the site to break. I noticed a recent update – uploaded it immediately – but no resolve to the issue. My site is live and if I deactivate the plugin (to get the site working) many of the LaStudio elements disappear. Please review and respond to my ticket as soon as possible.

From the Templates section, we created 2 different Footer for Footer in English and Turkish. In the Footer Layout section of the theme settings, we make settings for 2 languages, but the Footer we recorded last appears in both languages. How we can solve this problem.

Hello! I noticed on your main demo at https://zephys.la-studioweb.com/ the image boxes don’t display the description text when the user hovers on mobile. It is the boxes that say “General Contracting”, “Design & Build” etc.

I noticed because I purchased the theme and it is doing the same thing on my build as well.

Hello there, after last upgrade we had a problem with Portfolio elements, our portfolio items total count 28 but when we click on load more and getting all there has 32 and some of them duplicate showing.Queries working wrong i guess. Also how we can showing all item in category filter by category when clicking just getting one or two we want to get all items in category. So far we have a solutions loading 18items in one time portfolio items not 6 or 9….. P.s. we Sync Library and reinstall elemtentor on settings… doesnt work for us… ( www.op)

Not sure if you are aware but the portfolio does not display on the front end.

I downloaded the theme from elements envato and i found out there was error inside the theme. Your plugin is conflict with elementor. when edit with elementor, some of the element disappear .
