I am talking about the gallery itself. I am using the gallery for the portfolio and there is no option to define the amount of pictures to be shown.

About Captions when you hovering gallery images, you can hide them with this code, add it to Theme Options > Custom CSS:

What do you mean as filter by category? There are filters in Portfolio and Categories in Posts.

Unfortunately there is no such option, it’s only available for portfolio projects and pages but not for blog. Maybe you can try some plugins from Wordpress repository to control what posts to show.

Not at the moment. Quite a few photography themes propose this kind of feature. The idea is to be able to exchange with customers ahead of delivery. I’m not sure if it’s developed in-house or if they make use of an existing plug-in. My user-case is switching from Adobe Portfolio – which doesn’t have a blogging system but is otherwise very elegant and super-well integrated with Lightroom – and replicate its features, for example with the WP-LR plugin, without bloating my Wordpress install. 1. There is no such options yet, script automatically detects base color in image.

2. You can add this code to Theme Options > Custom CSS:

3. You can change it in Theme Options > General – Theme main color

4. You can translate any text in the theme by using translation plugin, for example Loco Translate

5. It is only possible with Custom CSS, for example :

Hey I have a few questions if you don’t mind. I’ve been trying to make my home page using the slider autoplay template but I’ve run into a few issues.

1. Currently I’m trying to make the images in the slideshow unclickable without having any text/title displayed on the images but I haven’t been able to figure it out. I’d want it similar to how the vegas template currently operates.

2. I’d like to figure out how to decrease the speed between changing of the images.

3. When I add a title with a button using the slider autoplay template, it shows a big block and covers a bit of the slideshow. Is there any way to make this transparent like you have in your vegas template example?

1. There is only Vegas slider with no click, but if you want it with a Slider/carousel template you should add some CSS code and also change few PHP files. You can order theme customization.

2. It depends on template you use, for example for slider you can only change it in JavaScript file custom.js

1. lightbox doesn’t have titles, you can see them only on project hover. This is the new version of lightbox and it has different position for navigation arrows, you can add this code to Theme options > Custom CSS to align them left and right:

1. In your demo the lightbox displays the titles of the images;

2. I noticed that in your demo the animation of the lightbox is very fluid and well functioning, I refer to the opening and closing of the lightbox. In my theme the animation works “jerky”. Is this due to the new version of the lightbox?

1. Oh I see, it’s Video caption field (Subtitle or Video Caption) you can find it in your Project settings (Portfolio options)

2. There are many things which can affect animation smoothness: image size, image dimetions, projects number. Animation in new version works same way as in older.
