I am facing JS error in chrome console. It says
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘left’ of undefined and the file to which it points is: plugins/Ultimate_VC_Addons/assets/min-js/ultimate_bg.min.js?ver=5.3.2
Can you please tell me why its happening or how to remove this error. Also this issue is happening on all pages like abourt, gallery, etc.
I have not done any customization to the theme.

Please note that, you don’t have to understand or edit any WP Bakery / Visual Composer (VC) codes, if you want to edit the menu links alone.
Because, those are the normal page menu items which can be found and edited (in terms of words and links), from “WP-admin > Pages” or “WP-admin > Appearance > Menus” section.
Or if you want to edit and make changes within the content area of those Side-Navigation template pages, just copy the code and paste in any test page, for easy editing..

How the F do I get support on this freaking theme. When I try it asks me to log in but will not work and then will not send me the link to register or get a new password. Hi, I cant seem to edit headers or footers.
I have followed the instructions but when I go to edit WP Bakery does appear in the back end. When I try i the front end editor it does not seem to function correctly so I cant change the header or footer. Also I need to get rid of the search bar in the menu and change the opening hours, call us and email info at the top which I cannot locate anywhere.

I am having problems finding the edit area for some left column content which is on a page using “side navigation template”. Underneath the menu item, there is “Bookings Open” and “quick contact” and also “downloads”. (from the demo content upload). I can not find where to edit those items.

Yes, Our theme supports multi-languages, but our theme not compatible/supported with RTL Languages (Arabic, Hebrew, Urdu, etc.,)
In default, our theme comes with the English language, you need to translate the theme into your language with pot files.
Note: Our theme is not compatible with RTL languages. You can make your site except for RTL languages
If you are running a multi-language site, you need to install the WPML plugin.
We recommend the WPML plugin for the multi-language site. Kindly note our theme supports and compatible with the WPML plugin and the plugin is not included with our theme package, you need to buy it separately.
