Hello, As I’m sure you know, Wordpress updated yesterday to 5.5. When this happened, my site now gets a black screen. Other pages are ok, but the homepage is not. I have turned off plug-ins one by one but nothing solves this issue. Are you going to make an update Are you still supporting this theme? I never heard back from my last issue a year ago. Thank you in advance. I really like your theme and hope to continue using it. I will purchase support if needed.
I submitted a ticket in support and never heard back last year. Now I tried to open a new ticket but the support system did not work, so I added my issue on to my last ticket from last year that was never closed. Thank you.

Thank you for your quick response. Do you have a general estimate for when it will be ready? My client’s site is down and I must give them general timing. They cannot afford the downtime and I may be forced to get a new theme. They deserve to know an approximate amount of downtime. Thank you again.

Image upload is not working. .If I try to upload from media then message comes: Cruncing.
If I try to upload/attach media from page, portfolio or anywhere else, then, media thumbnails not getting loaded. And if uploading new images, then message comes: Error occured. Please try again later.
Issue got resolved after deactivating plugin “Helpme Templates”. But now, I can’t have that plugin back. Can you give me solution where I can keep this plugin activated and also I can upload images?
Helpme Templates is just to import demo site, after import you can disable this plugin safely, for further assistance just contact support channel, Thank you

I am not able to upload new logo image from Theme Setting > General Settings option.
Getting error while upload any image.
Still, if I go to media, I can find uploaded image is there, But form General Settings, while upload, it shows error, and also not loading media gallery there.
Even, not able to change url of image in src filed.
It is urgent requirement from customer. Expecting quick solution for the same.

Why event list loading in descending order.. I mean old event load first and then next or upcoming event comes. I need latest on top. means, december to january order. How can i do this?
