I have installed the “Crypton Blog” theme successfully and activated also. But now I want to install another theme skin like “Crypto Coach” but it is not installing. I have tried sometimes but not gotten success. No error was shown at installation time. So how can I debug or fix this issue? Support ticket already posted but till now, not get any reply.

Hy, love the theme but have a little question.
For the blog categories, wordpress has a textual “Description” field when creating a category. Is it possible ( and how can I do this ) that this description shows up on the category page?

Hello. I’ve purchased this theme and I have left a comment here dealing with an issue of not being able to use WP Page Bakery; a necessary plugin needed to build the site. This isnt a support issue but a basic functionality with the site flaw. Ive followed the documentation dealing with this matter. It’s requesting I buy a license for WP Page Bakery Plugin even though its included in the theme. Ive update the theme settings with my purchase code and triggered the ThemeRex Plugin Updater and it still does not want to update saying I have to buy a license.

Hello.I purchased this theme about 2 years ago and now I’m ready to finish and complete the customization for it. However, I dont have the ThemeREX Updater plugin and it doesnt look like it came with my theme. I need it to update the theme to the current and latest version. Also, WP Page Bakery, a plugin that came with the theme, is out of date and wont allow me to update it because i dont have a separate license purchased. I shouldnt have to buy one. How can I update this..since it was built into the theme when I purchased it? Need it to finish customizing the site. Thank you.

Then you will see a prompt in the Dashboard to install Themerex Updater.

Thank you for the support Juliasanta. I did update the theme and the themerex updater plugin came up and I updated it and activated it. However, for WP Bakery, it still says that I I need to activate a license to be able to update it and it’s giving me an error. I placed in my purchase code but it doesnt look like its accepting it and it’s holding up the process. Any help? Much appreciated.

Please be advised that only the direct plugin buyers can officially activate WPBakery Page Builder with a license key. But you have WPBakery Page Builder included and bundled with the theme. It is fully functional and is the same copy of the plugin direct buyers get. There is no need to buy the plugin separately.
To fix the issue, WPBakery Page Builder and all the bundled plugins should be updated to the latest version using Themerex Updater plugin included in the package. Please review the detailed instructions: http://cryptonblog.themerex.net/doc/#getting_started_theme_update
Also, please disable Gutenberg Editor in WPBakery > General Settings – https://prnt.sc/vzmntr
