If I try to manually upload the updated theme files, the site breaks.
How come there is no information on how to update?
I can see you ask customers to contact you via tickets to get instructions on how to update, and of course since support is expired we are asked to pay more.
We shouldn’t have to pay for extra support to get info on how to update.
We should be able to update the theme without having to pay extra support.

Hi, We are not asking for extra payment. You can send the ticket without payment. Just select “html item” tab and send the ticket.

How can we detached your newsletter from feedburner and attached it to our MailChimp? Feedburner is out of the league plus the client is not using a gmail account to setup a Feedburner. All Newsletter must be setup in MailChimp.

@Elena_EU I think ThemeKalia is owned and managed by just ONE PERSON, Usman. I’ve been seeking for support since the beginning and he is the only one who is there. There is no other website he has nor a website. His Themekalia Social Pages are not even active.

When switched to Twenty seventeen theme, the site works fine but when it’s using your Theme, the site has crashed sections / pages on both the front and backend.
