We have installed this theme for our website. We are facing js issue due to which sliders and menu are not working for mobile responsive mode.

I bought the theme, installed it for my woocommerce webshop, but when i click to appearence, customize the codeless builder can not load. It shows a blank page, with a sidebar. In the tab bar it shows loading, but nothing happnes. I can not modify anything on the front page beacuse of this. Is there any idea what might happened?

Theme is easy to work with. No need for excessive wp/coding knowledge. You can check out the video tutorials to get a glimpse of what it offers. The plugin you mention is a third party plugin, we have not tested. However, theme has many options and settings that are more than enough to build the site you want.

The left part of text is Header Builder element, so you have to edit it with Codeless Builder. The right side widget can be found on the Apperances > Widgets > Custom Sidebar 1, Custom Sidebar 2, Custom Sidebar 3.

There are different reasons for this issue:
1. Hosting Issue with PHP MEMORY VARIABLES 2. Hosting Permisions or directory permissions. 3. Your website sometime can’t download the images from our online server cause of non https protocol at your side.

The problem is caused because you have disabled or not installed the Kirki plugin.
You have to install Kirki plugin on Appearances > Plugins > Install Kirki.
Activate the plugin and everything will be ok.

Theme is so stable you have to stay sure about that. Theme works with WPbakery Visual Composer or Codeless Builder.
Now users can choose which builde want to use.
Anyway in case you will not like the theme we can give you a refund.

Please login into WordPress Dashboard > Delete the Old plugins Codeless Builder and Kirki plugin. Install from the begining the Codeless Builder and Kirki plugin.
After activate the two plugins the website will be ok.

Please check my ticket in the support site. I’ve just updated the theme and plugins, and immediately the site shows a Fatal error. Fatal error: Class ‘Kirki’ not found in /home/consoul1/public_html/monstertours.com.mx/wp-content/themes/june/includes/codeless_builder/config/cl-page-elements.php on line 3 and can’t fix it neither replacing the theme files with the previous version.

Hi, every time I use the Appearance > Customize tool in the wordpress to change theme options and press Publish button, the Home page content is replaced by a blank page. This is very annoying, can you try to reproduce in your end and help with a fix? Latest WordPress version, classic editor installed. Thanks!
I noticed too that any option modified on visual composer is resetted if you re-open the element modified and change any value, the previous values setted for example background images, or padding, etc, are lost when you edit the element after you save it. Please review this because it’s almost impossible to work with those flaws. Thanks.

Ticket created… but just after updating to visual composer 5.7, all the page stop displaying properly, that means your heavily modified theme vs code is not compatible with latest version of Visual Composer. What to do?
Gallery carousel element of your modified visual composer is not working neither. After updating visual composer to latest version it works perfectly, but the rest of the elements are not, this means your modified visual composer is responsible for the gallery carousel element is broken. Please we need a solution ASAP.

We are sorry that you have such issue with the theme. The problem is the update of Visual Composer. You don’t have to update the Visual Composer because we have modified it. The plugin is included with the theme so you don’t need to install other versions until the update with come with the theme.
We are working on the latest version that we will launch soon with the new version of Wp Bakery Visual Composer and Codeless Builder.
Please delete the new plugin and install the plugin that is included within the theme to resolve your problems.

The problems of the theme are there with your included plugin, refer to my previous comments. I was forced to uninstall your theme and use other, because it’s not working at all. I can’t even add an image to the pages using your modified version of VC.

You have to open the customizer and and click on the Codeless Slider element. After select the element you have to click on the Row label on the left down side. Go to customizer panel click on the design and chage the background of the row.

Hi ok i figured out how it work , the category select box on the header shows only first level of categories wich has at least 1 product registered direct to it so i solved the problem by registering 1 product for 1st level categories that i want to show there in the select box , thanks.

Hi i installed Yith Woocommerce Social Login and enabled facebook login and it worked perfectly, and a facebook login button was added for both the admin and my-account pages, but when i defined/enabled Twitter login it did not worked and the twitter button was not added to the login pages i mentioned, please help.
