I seriously don’t like to be negative, but this is the second time I have made the poor choice to purchase a Wolf theme. PD Hung is slow in response time, has rarely been helpful, and has failed to fix most of the problems I have run into thus far. When support suggests you hire a web developer or “looks like you fixed it yourself,” you know you’re dealing with someone that has no interest in anything other than taking your money.
Not recommended whatsoever.

No, my theme issue was not resolved. Hung took an entire week of slow responses to get to the point where he assumed I had fixed the problem myself. Out of his four replies to my issues, three of them contained an apology for taking so long to respond.
In a previous ticket, he recommend that I install a plugin that did not solve the problem that has required I manually fix every single post on my website due to the template update mangling my posts. He closed the ticket by saying he was glad to have helped. Is this sarcasm or blind ignorance? Either way, it’s unacceptable support.
In yet another older ticket with another theme, a template update broke my site. Hung provided a non-working solution and solicited a review of the theme, then closed the ticket. I gave up, purchased another theme hoping to fix the problem, then subsequently ran into unresolved issues that Hung failed to fix. I have since then gave up on any fix and will find another theme and company to support. I would ask for a refund for both themes, but Hung would probably screw that up, suggest I hire an account to do it for me. I’ll consider this a hard lesson learned.
I will refund you the themes for your trouble and talk to Hung abou this.

Maybe you mean the video from the video post type? In the admin > videos you can create your video posts and they will be displayed automatically in the slider header and video list.

No, this doesn’t help. I am trying to switch out the video links from this page https://demos.wolfthemes.com/herion/home/videos-home/ and I cannot figure it out. I eventually created a video and added it (a random tube video) but now I there is no play button that opens the video in a Lightbox within the site itself. So I’m so lost and I’m not finding how to do this in any of the documentation.

Thank you for the slider revolution update. Much appreciated.
Unfortunately, the slider revolution update is now asks to obtain an instagram access token using a very complicated process (registering as a developer with facebook, etc etc).
WHAT is going on? I simply want to display my Instagram feed on my site. Please help. I purchased this theme because it is supposed to be easy and friendly for people who do now coding etc.
I have an Instagram API key that i registered with the Herion theme. Is there another way to display instagram on the theme?
- I am also receiving notices to update to Bakery Page. builder version 6.4.0 but it will not allow me. Please advise.

If you simply need to display your instagram feed I suggest using the new plugin we use in our themes: https://wordpress.org/plugins/instagram-feed/Just set your account in the admin panel and the theme will automatically switch plugins in the frontend.if you previoulsy use the instagram page builder element.

Hi. I have an issue updating the WP Bakery builder since they did a new update. Could you tell me how to do please? I have already been in the support where you explain to delete the plugin and install from the new version via the “Appearence” > “Install Plugins” panel. But where do i find the new version please? Hi, I’m looking at buying this theme but have a few questions.
1. If I want to use the bandsintown plugin, do I need to go to the website and make a seperate listing or can I do all of this in the backend of WordPress?
2. Also, on the bandsintown plugin, can I take off the RSVP button?
3. When the Herion list event listing collapses, it loses the venue name. Is it possible to have the place, venue, date & book now link still viewable?
4. On the Herion list event listing, is it possible to have a date as a range of dates? For example instead of just JUN 22, can it be JUN 22-AUG 3?

“SUBSCRIBE” POP-UP: How do i remove/stop the “subscribe” pop-up from showing?
SLIDER REVOLUTION: it appears i need a code to activate this plugin. where do i find it so i can use the demo slides?
GOOGLE CHROME: why does the site look different (fonts in particular) in chrome than in google and how can I make them look the same?
DELETING UNWANTED FILES: I will only be using the one-page demo but want my site to be as light as possible. I tried to delete all other photos/pages from Herion but this created problems with how the page loaded. Which are “key” files that must be kept so the theme loads smoothly?

Same as Snakepit theme. These are not features that are ready to use out-of-the-box in the demo content, but probably things you can achieve using WooCommerce and other 3rd party plugins.

Hello. I have purchased this template and have been unable to upload the demo after many attempts. the server requirements you guys suggest really complicate things!! this is not for a novice. i have purchased 8=9 demos from themeforrest over the years and never found one this COMPLICATED. please advise as i am not happy with how this was sold as an “easy to upload demo”

The minimum server requirements we recommend to use our themes are approximately the same as the ones required by WordPress.
If you have trouble importing the demo content using the one-click demo importer plugin, I recommend using WordPress-Importer v2 plugin. It works fine even for hosts with low server settings. Hi. I have try to generate an API key for Instagram (Wolfgram) but it has connect me automatically to my FB private profile instagram, and not to my pro page. And i can’t generate another API. How can i do that? I don’t want to link my website to this Instagram account. Thanks for your reply.

Thanks for your quick reply, but actually even logged in (i tried, and i just tried again) it always lead me to the same API. again and again..and this API lead me to the first profile, which is not the good one. Is there any way to reset ?
Please try to delete cookies on the wolfgram webpage. It should fix your issue. They are cookies enabled to avoid generating multiple API keys and getting restricted by Instagram.

It worked. Thanks. I have another problem, i activated following the indications the WP Bakery builder (Apprearence” > “About the theme” panel > “Licence”) But i still cannot use it and it says that i need to purchase a licence. How to solve this problem please?
The artist page is only in code mode, and i cannot access the other pages wp bakery builder as well.

I already activated it in theme/licence tab like you said. It says it’s activated, but still doesn’t work when i try to edit any pages. It says i need to purchase a licence to use it. That is my problem, i already followed all the instructions
Let me explain better: I have install the demo, so that i could go faster to edit my website. Whenever i try to edit any page and use the wp bakery builder, it leads me to buy it. Even after activating it through the exact manipulation you told me.
For example: If i try to edit an existing page for “artist”, i have no option to build it with wp bakery. There is only codes. And i am totally blocked into the progression of my work on the website.
no backend editor, no visual composer options in the artist page. No composer edition in all the other pages. And wp Bakery activated through Apprearence” > “About the theme” panel > “Licence” as required. Still not working.

Demos load very slowly. Do you have a demo that works?

Even if the demo is bloated with many media and all features, it shouldn’t take more than a few seconds to load on the first time, then load much faster when the content is in the browser cache. Be sure that the issue is not due to a temporary internet connection issue.
