I installed Doxwell theme(https://themeforest.net/item/doxwell-physical-therapy-wordpress-theme/21184020), but when i tried to Import demo setting then it shows loading icon and it keeps loading. I kept it for 2-3 hours and it shows same loading.

Theme options menu stopped working, after update to 5.5.1, what is the issue ?

I have already updated the theme to the 1.8 version. It still doesnt work properly with Wordpress 5.5.1 After the 1.8 version is installed with wordpress 5.5.1 the navigation on the “Theme Options” menu stops working. I can´t navigate through the diferent sections of “Theme Options”. Please Fix this, or tell us how to fix it for ourselves.

Hello, there are a number of serious problems with the theme, from the “Book Appointment” button on the menu that can not be edited, to the “Services” Module that doesn´t add the url for each service correctly.

How long would it take for you to come up with a WP 5.5+ proven version so the theme works correctly?

Hello. We use your wonderful topic. However, we have noticed a problem recently. A mandatory Theme Support plugin, when activated, breaks the mechanism of saving and previewing posts. When it is deactivated, everything starts working fine. ​

I am facing issue with this theme with this theme. I had purcahsed this theme and the support is expired. I suddenly see this fatal error of [07-Sep-2020 18:31:17 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function bunch_get_font_settings() in /home/drspiqvr/public_html/drspine.in/wp-content/themes/doxwell/includes/helpers/enqueue.php:87

This error is breaking my client’s site drspine.in

I have tried upgrading manually and there were no issues with the upgradation of wordpress. I have also upgraded php version to 7.4. I tried disabling all plugins and reacticating again. Renamed htaccess and did my debugging. Still the error persists.

For now I commented that function call and the website partially loads. However, its formatting is totally distored.

Please help. What is the issue? Is it KingComposer? Theme?

Also where this function bunch_get_font_settings disappeared?

Hi, after the 5.5 wp update the theme dashboard is no longer working and the text block is not compatible with King composer , Text Block “Tinymce Error!”

Hello, I just purchased this item, and when trying to upload to Wordpress I get the notification that the theme could not be installed as it is missing the style.css stylesheet. Is there a simple way to fix this? Thanks

I just bought this- two installations later- I still can’t load the dummy content. I tried to file a ticket with their support system but it doesn’t list their product in the selection dropdown. I opened the documentation and their support link goes to a dead URL. Not super happy with this theme.

Hello, I have purchased your theme for one of my client website project. I think the license provided to me applicable for the single site. I want to make the testing website on my domain like http://test.abc.com and after completion of website I need to migrate this on the client URL like http://xyz.com. Does it create any issue for me as their is two domain involved and the licence applicable for single domain I think. Plz reply back asap. Thanks

Buenas compre el tema ayer o anteayer y no consigo que funcione, he tenido que instalar el tema desde ftp y aun asi sigue sin aparecer como en la demo, la pagina de inicio no se ve como en la demo, no me funciona, he seguido los pasos de la guia de instalacion pero al importar los ajustes de la demo no reacciona no hace nada he buscado set_time_limit en functions.php y no esta esa funcion, necesito solucionar este error , un saludo.
