You can not make a video background for a single slide in a slider. What you can do is to set video background as a section background (all slides will have the same video bckg).

If you need video background on individual slides you will need to use a third party slider plugin.

Here is how the Setting generally work

The settings in the Appearance > Customize panel are global, meaning that they influence every page on the site by default.

On the other hand, you have an option to override these settings on per page basis. If you take a look at the bottom of the page edit form, you will notice Override Global Setting part in Settings Section – here you can override global settings for every page.

What you should do on desired pages is to add Override Global Setting called Hide Headline and set the value checkbox to true.

If you need a background video, you can add the YouTube video to the section as background (you can not have a slider with background video on individual slides).

On the other hand, you can add video as content to both slides and sections using either video page element or text element (add media feature)

It seems that you haven’t been updating the theme for a while. In one of the previous updates some of the files have been removed from the theme – so the best option is to completely remove the theme files (delete them) and upload the new version to your web server.

If you have just overwritten the theme files on your web server – the files which were removed from the latest theme releases remained (they were part of your old theme version) and they cause the problem.

Have you managed to sort the issue out? We can see that currently your site toggles the header the same way as on our demo. Maybe we are missing something?

As an information for other users, once you set both the logo and alternative logo on Appearance > Customize > General Settings panel, the header will switch as on our demos.

No, you do not have to purchase the cost calculator plugin separately. The version of the calculator packaged with the Medicare is tested for compatibility with the theme and stable. We generally update the versions of CC in the theme once the major functional update is released. Between version 1.2.7 and 2.2.3 we have introduced an independent interface for the calculator and several minor fixes – they are of no major significance to the users of Bold Builder since the same functionality is available through Bold Builder elements which are available since version 1.0

Anyway, if you need the latest version of Cost Calculator in the meantime, send us an email to info@bold-themes.com with your purchase code.
