Hi checked out your theme in mobile display. When you go to the media player and then explore podcast lists in the player, the list is not scrollable in mobile size window. Neither it is scrollable if that window is stretched to desktop size whereas refreshing page to desktop size resolves the issue but not at mobile size window. It must be a tinny bug. Is this something you have not been seeing thus far and nobody reports? Theme looks great. I only had a concern about user profile and restricted contents that only can be accessed by subscribed member with subscribed plan. Can that be accomplished just like this theme has done: https://themeforest.net/item/vayvo-media-streaming-membership-theme/23345572 I’m interested in this theme.

Restricted content: Yes, you have full control over what is private and what is public. You can also have multiple plans, each with different access.

Yeah, you can directly link to videos and host them. You are not required to use Youtube or Vimeo. Most of the video examples in the preview are actually directly linked videos.

Hello am interested in buying this theme but needed to ask if the Installed player Supports hls streaming like ts or m3u8
Our player supports .mp4 for videos and our audio player supports .mp3 files. We do not have support for TS or m3u8. That being said you could use a third party player for WordPress that has support for this. Example: https://wordpress.org/plugins/bradmax-player/ There are also more players on wordpress.org and codecanyon.net. You can use any third party player with our theme as long as it supports WordPress.

Hi there, I’m interested in buying your theme. However, there are a few things i want to ask:
1. Can the video shown if i host it from vooplayer?
2. Can i restrict the videos (force users to sign up in order to watch the content), BUT i dont want people to pay, just sign up to watch?
3. Can I make the videos stacked from left to right? not from up to bottom for each category? So people can scroll from left to right (just like Netflix)
4. Related to number 3 question, can you put “see more videos” on the most right of each category?

2) Yes, you can do exactly this.
3-4) Sorry but we do not have a left/right scrolling option. If you wanted to add this, it would require customizing the theme.

Thanks but in the Video Index Options I can only adjust the margin and how many videos should be displayed on one page. There is no option for columns. Especially not for different screens. Mobile needs fewer columns than desktop for example.

Hey Guys, I’m interested in buying this theme, but to develop an audio stock site with subscription, so I have some pre-sale questions:
1. There is any possibility of having a preview on the thumbnail, like Audiojungle or Spotify, with a play button? If not, any 3rd party plugin recommendation?
2. I’m interested in having all the content public but restricting the content downloads only to the subscribers/non-subscribers levels like this:
- Just see the content and play the tracks (Entire website)- Visitor
- Download Mp3 Buttion (On the Audio track page) – Basic Members
- Download Mp3 + Wav Buttion (On Audio track page) – Premium Member
- Download Mp3 + Wav + Trackouts Buttion (On Audio track page) – Professional Member

Note: The thumbnail on the index lsit of posts is set via WordPress, not pulled directly from Spotify.
2) Yes, you can make all content public.
In terms of download buttons for specific user plans, that is possible but you would have to set this up manually using shortcodes for each post. If you wanted an automated solution, it would require customizations.
3) Sorry but this is not possible without customizations.
4) Audio plays/downloads are not tracked unless you use a third party player. You can use any third party player that works with WordPress. There are many options for tracking this.

If you are looking to have advertisements (pre-roll, post-roll etc.) then you will need to use a third party video player that has built-in support for this. To my knowledge Vimeo PRO does not support this. Also, YouTube does support ads but that would not be controlled by yourself.

Are you required to use the membership plugin or can we use another in this theme ?
We recommend using the included membership plugin. However it is not a requirement. All of the video options, bookmarking, rating, searching, is separate from the membership plugin.

Is there anyway to set up each video as a pay-per-view and/or payment for a particular video and not the entire library of videos? I am wanting to set up a pay-per-view system, but I think armember only allows access to the entire library and not to a selected video(s).
This theme offers the ability to charge users for certain membership plans which gain access to the site. This membership ability closely resembles sites like Netflix and Hulu.
As this is based on membership plans, there is no built-in ability to charge per view or per video. A work-around could be achieved using something like WooCommerce but that would work separately as a WooCommerce shop.
